Yes I rextextured both of the general patrol cvpi's to fit a more modern BPD look This is very nice... will they be released? I released a few portions of the textures pictured, but some are textures others have made, that I have edited and "fixed" to fit the police vehicles I see daily, many are small edits that wouldn't be worth a release, and other models, the modders have asked no skins be released for the model, so I haven't released any others. But everyone can feel free to PM me & I will send any of my textures (no redistribution of course)
