Simple Native Trainer is a script mod (like lcpdfr) and you can spawn things like cars, peds, weapons, change the time and weather ect.

Do you have windows movie maker or Windows Photo Gallery? If you do, open the clip in one of them, then upload it to youtube. (Located in the Share box on the main toolbar)

okay then the pushbar doesn't show up... its not made for the car you are using its there but not where it should be. You need to move it the where you want it

I think there should be callouts in progress, such as a person stealing a car or a bank/store robbery. And more routine police work such as paperwork ;) even though people might not like that make it an option.
