  1. Really? i would never, but hey it's your choice if you wanna do that.
  2. And they are doing it for free right? I'm glad your getting a realistic texture, just like what you wanted, and I hope you enjoy them :)
  3. I have made requests in the past and not offered a single penny for them, and I have gotten many answers from people saying they would create them for me.
  4. I have never tried playing as a transit officer, but its a great idea! If you want to, post it here people will see it easier :
  5. I recall seeing a screenshot of RC3 showing this, I agree with you. All most 100% of the time I crash from the AI spawning too many times. Other than that LCPD:FR is a great mod, adding more callouts and more locations where they take place only make the mod even better. It would be cool if you can set up a bait car on a street and wait for someone to steal it or go undercover somehow, like for a drug deal, and turn it into a 5 to 10 minute mission, where you set the suspect or suspects up and then bust them.
  6. that is an awesome truck great job!
  7. Although i cannot do the skins, I would recommend NOT paying any money to anyone for these. It's a scam when someone tries to get money for these mods, a donation is totally different, but giving someone 20 dollars is crazy.
  8. This is the best FDNY siren I have ever heard! Great job!
  9. ELS version 6.1 is the same as 6, but the security was updated to fix anti-virus problems same link as 6 too: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=196
  10. Its still an awesome one tho ;)
  11. I don't think there are any riot shields for IV yet. There are some very good weapon modders out there, if they take requests you can ask them.
  12. That mustang is awesome. Who made that computer inside the car?
  13. You have some really cool cars man! I like the '74 Monaco the most.
  14. If you can change the handling lines and vehicles.ide to the right numbers you can do it, but if you just add the bike to the police stockade it won't run correctly, and it may crash your game.

  16. Having flares would be awesome - it would be better if the AI went around then and didn't run over the flares and slam into you.
  17. Let him learn, saying these are terrible won't help. We all started from nothing, and it took practice for us to get to the quality that we have our mods at.

  18. Sounds like your everyday gta iv paramedics, I can't begin to explain how many times I have seen a ambulance driver slam into parked cars, fire hydrants, and other peds. The handling on the ambulance itself is fine, it just seems to be GTA IV's crazy drivers. I have never experienced a cop doing that though
  19. If GTA V comes out on the PC, and if it can be modded, I think the lcpdfr team should take everything from the GTA IV lcpdfr 0.95 version, and create it in V, but make it even better and include this feature,
