  1. Make sure the value is 0x00FFFFFF for each of those vehicles you are having an issue with and that you are modifying the diffuseTint value. If you have done this, please reply with a screenshot of what you are trying to modify.
  2. Try either running GTAV as an administrator or find your Grand Theft Auto V main directory, right click the folder and find "properties", find "security" and "edit permissions", and allow it access to "Read & Execute", "Read", and "Modify". Save these changes and try to launch the game again.
  3. vehicles.meta is still, or is found in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5. Not sure if that is something that has changed, though I am doubtful that has changed since the last time you have opened or modded the game. You may simply be entering that portion incorrectly when changing the tint value. For the police3, delete any and all police3 files found in the mods folder, or in the pathway you installed it in. I currently use patchday22, though it is recommended to use the latest patchday. (28). If they are merging, there there are two or more .yft files that are different models. Also ensure the files are named correctly.
  4. Please ensure that nothing new has been created with the previous instructions and generate a new log by simply launching the game. Also try launching without RPH and see if the game loads.
  5. This also sounds like the Epsilon to me, based on another video and simple research, though there isn't really much else to go off of for a definite concrete solid answer. The one you provided sounds like the Epsilon, though the yelp one I had looked for sounds a little higher pitched yelp, then again the audio quality for that one wasn't the best. Needless to say, more confident in the Epsilon answer.
  6. It sounds like the Federal Signal Smart Siren SS2000SM (Maybe Platinum 3000?)
  7. Go to your commandline.txt file found in the main directory and clear its contents. Do not delete the file itself.
  8. You need to move the .oiv file to another folder, such as your desktop, and find the button on the top of your screen. The button will say "Open Package Installer" when you hover over it. From here, find the file on your desktop and click "open" and install to your mods folder.
  9. You should install it into the latest patchday, or you can try Patchday22 (this is the one I personally use and it works). Also ensure you are renaming all the correct files in the right formats in which they came in.
  10. Do try to remove the recently added vehicle and try loading it again. Depending on your model, it may not be compatible with single player.
  11. Try reinstalling LSPDFR using the manual install. You should have the all uppercase (LSPDFR) folder in plugins. In your main directory, you should have the lowercase (lspdfr) folder. Both LSPDFR folders cannot be in the plugins folder. You will not lose any mods during this process unless you manually get rid of them, or you have something installed in the uppercase LSPDFR folder, though I am not sure which one you deleted. If you have the uppercase LSPDFR folder in plugins, you can simply drag and drop any mods and their according folder(s) to your desktop and move them back into that folder after the manual install.
  12. Verify your game files if this was not in your mods folder. If this was in your mods folder, find the pathway in C:\Progupdate\update.rpf\common\data and copy it to your mods folder from there. Nobody is going to provide the file through these forums...
  13. For your first question, locate the ELS file according to the vehicle model. This should be in Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default. You can choose to open this with notepad, though I am using an app to modify XML files called "kate", though you can use notepad as it will function the same way. Ahead note, I am using completely different patterns for this model, so your coding here may not match mine, which is fine. An image is attached to provide an example of what you should be looking for. Find <!-- PRML --> in the coding. This is typically after the second line break. Depending on your vehicle, you may have two options here. We're going to go to "forced patterns" and find "SrnTone1" If false, set to true for the "enabled" argument. Set 72, or your preferred pattern, change the "0" or other value to your preferred pattern. Ensure to save. For your second question, I presume you mean takedown lighting. This could be a vehicle feature, as some vehicles have "flashing takedowns", essentially just meaning the takedowns are on when the vehicle lights are flashing. Not every vehicle has this, this is just pure speculation. Try clicking ] and see if the lights disable themselves. If not, there is a possibility it is not ELS controlled. Go back to the same pathway as before and instead, this time find "misc" and find "takedowns". Ensure this is set to true and not false.
  14. I don't know exactly what you mean by "wobble". Your vehicles should go into the latest patchday in your mods folder. (mods\update\x64\dlcpacks) Depending on what you mean by wobble, my assumption is there is an issue with the vehicle model itself, though I am not saying for certain as I have no idea what you mean by "wobble".
  15. The white corona is not realistically supposed to show through the vehicle, which is why it disappears when you approach the vehicle to a certain distance. For other lights, it seems they also go into an "orb", which is also part of the rendering issue. Here are some things you can try to fix it with, or atleast some I have done. Find ELS.ini (if the vehicle is ELS) and find LodCoronaInitDistance and increase it from whatever value it may be. I believe it is default as 10. Change your render distance in your "advanced graphic settings tab" of the settings menu within GTA. Increase it if you can if it is relatively low. Increase LOD distances overall, though it doesn't necessarily look as if the lightbar itself disappears. Go to \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 Find and edit vehicles.meta Search for the model name of the car (Ex fbi2) Change the values of <lodDistances content="float_array"> for that model. Depending on the computer, you may only be able to handle certain distances. (See spoiler)
  16. I would love to see a 2018 (or similar) undercover Escalade. I am no vehicle developer so I have zero idea on base models, though I have seen them elsewhere. I know the 2021's and newer are popular and there are some of those models, but they aren't necessarily the best quality, or at least the ones I have found. I am not the largest fan of the newer models coming out for some vehicles, but that is besides the point. I have attached some respective photos, which seems to be more used for secret service type deals(?), though it would be unique to see a model like this! The photos I attached are from various FiveM posts I have seen and respectively do not belong to me, but are here as a reference for vehicle developers.
  17. It's a known "issue", and there are a 'few' mods in terms of fixing gates, well, at least to the prison and Michaels house gate.
  18. These aren't "patchday" files, patchdays refer to DLC content. Police Police2 Police3 Police4 Sheriff Sheriff2 PoliceB -> Police Motorcycle PoliceT -> Police Prisoner Transport Van Polmav -> Air Unit / Helicopter Riot -> Police SWAT van Policeold1 Policeold2 Predator -> Police Boat Fbi Fbi2 PRanger -> Police Park Ranger
  19. Launch RPH and hold left shift (about 5-10 seconds) Find "Plugin Threshold Timeout" and change 10000 to 60000 Save and relaunch
  20. Please share a new log by dragging and dropping the text file in the text box when you respond.
  21. Try finding the commandline.txt file in your main directory and delete the contents inside, save. Do not delete the file itself.
  22. This usually is the result of a faulty recently installed mod. Rename your mods folder to _mods and try again. If this successfully loads, there is a problem with a mod you recently installed. You will need to revert changes or remove any mods you recently installed that could have potentially caused the crash. You can find the RagePluginHook.log in your main directory, and this is a text (.txt) file. If this does not happen to work, make sure your RagePluginHook & LSPDFR is up to date. I clearly misread when you stated you removed your mods folder, that is my apologies.
  23. Responded in your other forum question about this, linked here ->
  24. I am not 100% positive if Natural Vision has updated yet as per their Discords Update channel, though with v2944 (June 13) NVE/NVR became incompatible with the game. I am not positive when the update will come out to fix this, though you can check the updates channel in their Discord which you can find at the website below. https://www.razedmods.com They mention it is at the "end of the month" like every update, though there isn't necessarily a respective date for this. If you play the game on v2845 (or any version before the update @ June 13). If it has been updated you can attempt to reinstall it, though again, I am not certain it has updated as of writing this. Your only other real options to fix in the short time you should need to wait to find an update is to either use another graphics mod or temporarily move the Natural Vision Evolved files from your game onto your desktop, or simply don't play.
  25. Disable your ambient game blips. Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr There, find lspdfr.ini (LSPDFR configuration file) Search for Main.DisableGameBlipHiding Set false to true Save and relaunch.
