There's something generally wrong. Orcale, or any other vehicle other than POLICE & POLICE2 (which is what it's set to), should not be used for suspect transport. Try reinstalling LCPDFR (don't forget to also remove any LCPDFR API addons too). Also, is your POLICE & / or POLICE2 slots modded vehicles? Could explain it, if both are modded vehicles & your PC / GTA:IV can't handle it, then it might be spawning some random vehicle instead.

What ineseri said, plus..... Open up the trainer, Options > Enable Keys > Disable. (basically F3 to open trainer, Num5 to open Options, Num8 to reach last option & go up until Enable Keys, Num5 to change setting [Enable to Disable] ). You could have God mode on while running LCPD:FR, but be warned that it breaks immersion (obviously).

oh wow! I didn't know that. Thank you for the info! :D - Sounds more like Detective / Private Investigator work. LCPD:FR already incorporates road-side drug deals that you can intercept. - Sounds more like SWAT work, but could be ok on a small scale (go to arrest someone who has a outstanding minor warrant, & whose location has been pin-pointed. Not a raid, but more of a arrest). - Sounds like Detective work. But it'll still work, so hopefully..... - This is a good idea. But due to how IV's AI work, it would be tough to make it look like irl, & have a organized line of escort vehicles. Maybe with only you with another officer you meet on scene if you don't have a partner (i.e. only one vehicle driving to destination, your vehicle).

I would definitely buy it. Knowing R*, they would turn CoD around & make it actually fun to play. Instead of a failed Run-&-Gun game.

Oh wow. How do I list them all! There's so many. From Armor mods to make me & my Follower look awesome, to mods that make Skyrim's environment better (Better Roads, etc.), to Immersion & Quality of Life mods. But one mod that is absolutely necessary & helps a lot is SkyUI + the Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE, a must have for most of the awesome mods). Also, some other great mods to check out:- Skyrim Enhanced Camera (See your body in 1st person mode) HQ 3D Map (World Map) + A Quality World Map w/ Roads (Changes texture of the 3D map & adds Roads on it [you can choose for only Main roads or all roads, etc.] ) Dead Body Collision Fix (Fixes your character clipping thru dead bodies, & gives dead bodies basic game physic) Guard Dialogue Overhaul (Fixes Guards just saying "hmm" after a number of conversations) Real Shelter (Rain stops going thru shelter like tents, etc.) Enhanced Blood Textures Player Headtracking (Actually look at someone when they talk to you or pass by you) Fast travel timescale fix Real Roads for Skyrim & Skyrim Better Roads (These make roads better, & they fix the height bug in many places on the road [your character stands way above the actual road texture] ). Also, a great gameplay addition that I think should've been there with the game itself:- Your Market Stall (Finally allows you to set up your very own Market Stall & sell various things. You can also appoint a Follower to work on it instead of you) Would recommend getting RGGT (Randomly-Generated Generic Townsfolk. Basically what all I 'liked' above. Realistic handling & damage, ability to walk in MP, separate keys for different sirens, being able to host a separate & also private free mode server, etc. I don't think some of the early points will be added, but we always got our awesome mod authors to create them for us

I feel sad that I'll never get to experience the brand new smell of CV. I've loved it ever since I first saw it, kind of like love at first sight, & i feel so sad :'(

Yeah, a picture or a error code would be immensely helpful. Since you mentioned about the USB ports; while your PC is off, remove ALL USB ports connected to your PC, & then try putting the PC on. If you PC comes on normally, put it off using the Power button, then attach ONE USB port, & try putting on your PC again. (Note: Try to avoid using USB Hubs while you're trying this. If all goes well, then try with the USB Hub empty [without any USBs attached], & if that works, then attach USBs to the Hub one-by-one). The Crime Stats server is currently offline, so your GTA:IV LCPDFR can't connect to it, giving this error. Also, your post is reported for Thread Hijacking. Please create your own topic for a separate issue, don't forget to search the Forums first! (in case someone already has had your issue) Mods, feel free to edit this response out if you feel it's appropriate.

OfficerBaboso is asking about GTA:V, not IV. A quick google search confirms there's no SNT for V.

oh my! You haven't bought GTA:IV, have you? You torrented it from the internet or your local pirated CDs shop? Sorry, but we don't provide support to torrented/pirated versions of GTA:IV.

I agree with Netman. Ranks don't seem neccessary, it's good the way it currently is. Plus, if you want to put in Ranks, you've got to change a lot of stuff. Change default police to have different textures for your specific rank, which will most probably exceed the vanilla amount, which, I've heard, can cause lots of problems & crashes. Change default vehicles to incomperate your ranks. Overall, I think it would be better if the Devs focus more on bugfixes & incomperating more general features (as they are currently). If you want, there are ped mods that contain officers with different rank badges. Prison break sounds like a decent idea, but I'm not a fan of it (& it has been suggested before).
