  1. That is a shame. I have noticed that crash-issues are posted everywhere, but then perhaps make it reversed? Creating a sub-forum where non-crash-issues should be posted specifically. That forum could be a subforum for LSPDFR 0.4 Support If that structure was implemented, then posting-fools would be 'caught' in LSPDFR 0.4 Support because that would be the first thing they see 🙂 And those that actually think before posting a support-request, could post in the non-crash-issue-forum. Idk.. I just miss a functional forum structure, where other types of issues could be found easyer 🙄

But where is that ?
  4. I would think it is 3D-texture mapping that is made for the models.   5. You are 100% Correct! Native LSPDFR is handling arrests very poorly. The reason is that improving core-functions like that simply is being ignored! The reason for that, is that others have made plugins that you ALSO need to install, that improves the chocking bad native performance. In case on arresting it is the (in)famous plugin "Stop-the-ped" (STP) that only is available from a dodgy site, that redirect you to porn and other type of crap. Because of the existence of STP, noone looks at the seriously bad native functionality in arresting purps. ..So the most important gameplay behaviour in the native-game is not addressed. Btw ..peeps hate me for stating/ ranting this. Besides that.. It seams that stepping slowly forward in a 45 dg angle to a ped/ purp, gives the highest probability for activation of the Q/E arrest-sequence. Success depends on less than one step so you often have to step forth and back several times before the native-game-code reacts and open the Q/E-dialogue. It is very much T/A. -It should not be like that! If i had the files in C# it should be very simple to increase the response-'area'.
  6. I would suggest a new sub-forum in LSPDFR 0.4 Support ( and perhaps even in LSPDFR 0.3 Support ) The sub-forum should simply be named something like "Game-crash-issues". And should be excursively for post about the game crashing. It would separate the most common posts in LSPDFR 0.4 Support witch is post about crashing, from anything that is not about crash-issues, and make those few posts stand out. Atm they are buried under loads of crash-help-requests. The crash-section could also have a pinned "Have you tried to.." section, where the most common reasons for crashing could be listed. I believe that structure could reduce the number of posts in general.

  9. Oh, you use the term Multiplayer for the feature of being able to create more than one police-character! That is what confused me. Multiplayer is commonly used for being able to use a game online with other online human-players. That is also a feature in GTAV. 🙂 One reason for loosing changes done to one of your avatars could be that you forgot to use save-settings. I have added sunglasses to one of the avatars, and they persist. But I have my GTA from EPIC, so not the same
  10. I wonder if there is a way to make a modification for the impact physics, that would render cars undrivable after crashes in more realistic fashion. I dont like the unrealistic sturdy car-physics in GTA. Two cars colliding frontally, should not be able to drive any further. They are wrecked! I know that there cant be better visual damage, of cause not -There are no textures for that, but a setting where some parameter could be changed that would make the vehicle unable to move. I have modded vehicles in other games where there has been .con files with material-data making the vehicles strength mod-able. It is that kind of parameter i am looking for, some multiplier-value for damages in general, or a MOD that addresses this. Is there anything like that?
  11. Multiplayer is a feature of GTAV, and it is not functional in LSPDfr. Only the character you create bas a new-police-officer inside the LSPDfr-tab, will be playable in LSPDfr, and only there.
  12. I have read more examples and found: Spawnpoint.Add(new Vector3(221.5366f, -896.1637f, 30.31224f)); These values: 221.5366f, -896.1637f, 30.31224f where do they come from. Is it possible to read the values inside GTAV? It must be i think, but what cmd shows the world-coordinates?
  13. SOLVED! The console cmd to get world-coordinates is PrintInfo ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have looked on code examples like SearchArea = new Blip(SpawnPoint.Position, 60f); and i cant see any explanations for getting a spawn-safe SpawnPoint.Position -Or for that matter an ingame spawnpoint at all. Is there a way ingame to make a readout of player-position, and get a 3D defined ingame-point? I would expect something like this in pseudo: SpawnPoint myPoint= (xf, yf, zf) //found ingame spawn-safe coordinates somePed.SpawnPoint=myPoint; (I here prerequest existence of a ped somePed) Where do i get myPoint from, that spawn-safe ingame position, that is not inside a rock, building or lake ?
  14. No i have NO add-ons at all. The Only explanation for your siren not to go silent when you leave the car would be differences in publisher. I have GTA from EPIC.
  15. Yes its a drag. You need to interact with purps in extreme accurate ways, and be in precise distance from the purp, and you have to use your gun! Arresting a pedestrian: You must be infront and facing the suspect. Aim your gun at the AI and hold E There should be something like "Get on the ground" As the suspect is on the ground, walk forth and back until you get the arrest-dialog in left-cornor. cuff him by holding E Tab Q to get him standing. Retab Q to sit him kneeling. OBS! Only kneeling purps can be picked up by a local-transport unit (B). You cant drive purps to jail. That feature is broken! Arresting a driver is the same, but often they take off on a foot-chase.. Is that much fiddling the only way? ..well No.... Many here will say: " Download Stop The Ped -aka STP ", but that is not in a safe DL-site. I will not link you to STP, and i cant recommend it from that unsafe malware ridden site, where it apparently has to be fetched from 😒
  16. One strange thing i noticed by chance, is that the car is seldom stolen if you leave it with the siren ON. The siren-sound will be cut emediately, but the blinking lights will not. What state that places the car in, idk, but it seams that it is less often stolen. If your car is stolen, you can easily get a new. Press F4. In CLI type: spawn poli You will get a list of all police-cars, and you can browse them with arrowUP/DWN. When your chosen car is highlighted, press TAB -> ENTER -> F4 in turn. The car / bike will spawn right in front of you.
  17. The call-out type "Look-up XYZ on computer / -> drive to address off" are repetitive. The purp is always placed on the exact same position in the highlighted area. Some type of variation in purp position inside the highlighted area would be better in these types of call-outs. Extensions: * An added aggression variation, where the purp f.i. would shoot first. * Have the purp run for his car. * Have a group of purps at the position, creating a serious situation for the player. -and repair backdoor functionality in native LSPDFR making the last part of the task (Drive arrested purp to holding-cell) possible without any need for add-on-mod. But this failing backdoor functionality is more to be regarded as a bug.
  18. Eg pulling someone over is a TWO step procedure. First drive up close to the back of the purp car and press SH -That is called a Blib After the car is blibed obs that you get a menu in top left Here you get an option for pulling the car over and also re-pulling if the purp stops at a bad position. Buuuut mostly the purp takes of like a bat-out-of-hell, and you must play catch up, often in a spray of bullets.. One thing that is important. If you during a chase want to intimidate the purp, you cab re-press SH, that will result in a shout as a warning, however you can only do that once. To retrig the megaphone warning, turn off you serene and turn it on again, then you can shout ones again. ..I do not know if shouting warnings actually DO anything in respect to gameplay.. Press B then enter to get help from more police cars in the chase. Chases are the gameplay in LSPDFR. Purps wont pull over. You need to ram them or shoot the tires ! One purp drive an armoured car and shoots back at you until your car burst into flames! One does even worse, but that would be a shame to disclose 😛
  19. I noticed one thing in your log D:\spil\GTA5\Epic Games\GTA5\GTAV\plugins\lspdfr Do you have your rage-hook-files in GTAV or in a folder plugins? They way i have it working is to have all the rage plugin files directly copied into GTAV Have you done that? -and i do not have a folder lspdfr in my plugins-folder That is instead in my GTAV folder.
  20. You should add where you have the game from, Epic or Steam? In Epic, i have found that there must be some minutes between activating hooking, and pressing any key in game. The black screen must be replaced with a bleak greenish image, then you can press ESC. The game will go into pause-mode (showing map) Leave it for 30 secds Press ESC Game changes back to the greenish image, but in right low corner it will show loading LSPDFR Then, when your avatar changes, you are good to go.

  22. Unfortunately STP is only available from a unsafe site, affiliated with malware infested dubious sites. I dont dl from sites like that. I have looked at the API and template for call-outs. That is un-complicated, except for getting a world-coordinate for safe-spawn. I cant find those. Mind you i have not build the dev-environment in MSVS yet, so i should properly keep my gab shut, when it comes to 'complications'. Environment and dependencies is more often than seldom, the real challenge in devel, and afaiu the core where interactions between player-char and AI-char, is handled, is poorly documented, if at all. That will complicate things gravely.
  23. car backdoor does not open in arrest-sequence when i follow the instructions in wiki. Accordingly to the wiki, i should stand behind the arrested purp and hold E. That is exactly what i do here on then picture. But If i do, i release the purp instead. I also tried with a 'grib' on the purp. Diddent work What is wrong? (also tried F, but that will make my avatar get into the car, not the purp I cán set hom on ground and have a transport pick him up, though) ,,,
  24. You are correct. I would like to change the topic, but i cant find any EDIT-button(?) The process is convulated imo How much simpler it would be, if there was one button for each event in the arrest-sequence, these multi E/Q UI-usages is seriously confusing. Add positioning behing / infront/ sitting/ standing... Its a mess (imo)
  25. An AI-perp is cuffed and ready for transport. I have confiscated a concealed pistol, that should be sufficient for the game to recognise 'him' as a suspect. But the game does not : Unless there is a key that needs to be pressed for registration of a new suspect, this is a bug.
