An RCMP Member performing a record check on a driver of a vehicle he stopped for speeding. -
Blaine County RCMP welcomed two new RCMP Constables fresh out of depot division. The two new members completed their six month training and were accepted to Blaine County division. -
A member of the RCMP conducts a roadside check and produces a traffic citation to the operator of the vehicle. The operator was charged under section 115.2(p) of the Traffic Safety Act for Unlawfully Exceeding a Posted Speed Limit. The roadway was posted for 100 km/h and the RCMP member clocked the vehicle at 117 km/h. -
I was out for a nice night time ride when I got stopped by the RCMP. Gosh darn cops doing their job stopping speeders like me!!! *Shakes fist* -

An RCMP Constable out with an individual for an unknown complaint. -
A Blaine County RCMP unit on scene where a child was left in a hot vehicle for over 20 minutes. The Mountie smashed the window of the vehicle and then proceeded to remove the child from the vehicle. EMS officials attended to the child who was then transported to local hospital in critical condition. Mounties are reminding everyone to never leave a child unattended in a vehicle, even if it is running and air conditioning active, as the air conditioner may fail. No further information has been released at this time but charges of child neglect are anticipated to be pressed. -
A single RCMP patrol vehicle parked outside the local Blaine County Detachment during a busy morning. Only one member was available at the detachment from 0630 to 0715 hours as all other members were busy handling complaints. -
A Blaine County RCMP unit watching for traffic violations on the highway. -
Blaine County RCMP unit out of service on a complaint at a local bank regarding a disgruntled customer. -
The RCMP members did manage to get the door open, as you can see in the video, but it appears the occupant then closed the door and proceeded to lock it, which led to the members deploying pepper spray and batons, so as to prevent any firearms needing to be involved. Overall, you have to really put yourself in the RCMP members' shoes, and imagine how much adrenaline they are going through. Unfortunately we don't live in a G rated world and yes, police officers will use profanity. So what? When you're in a situation like this, words escape you. Sure they are better choice words, but when you are witnessing someone smashing your cruisers and threatening your buddies life, your life, and everyone elses life, I sure as hell am not going to be like "please, get out of the car". It's no more Mr. Nice Guy after that.

I might do what I did with my Silverlake City textures and make the Westlake County ones into Los Santos County or Blaine County textures. We'll see. -

We now go to our breaking story where Westlake County Police are on scene of what we're told is a drug overdose. One individual is dead and another is in serious condition after consuming an unknown drug. Police Officer Justin Peters of the Westlake County Police Department gave a statement. "At this time it's unclear as to the exact amount, or the type of narcotics taken, however what we can confirm is that one individual has passed away due to the substance they consumed." Police are not providing any more information as the investigation is ongoing, but they did state the individuals involved were younger in age, and hope this incident can provide insight to the younger population about how dangerous certain drugs can be when taken. -
After a request I finally got around to making a Los Santos Police version of my Silverlake City texture. Still some edits to do to other police vehicles and then I should be able to release a pack.

We go now to Westlake County where emergency crews are on scene of a fatal vehicle accident, we have a news crew on site but they aren't going to be allowed to get much closer than they are in this shot. It's unclear what exactly caused the collision but police have stated that there is one confirmed fatality, and there is only one vehicle involved. We will continue to update the situation throughout the night, as updates become available. -
