  1. Are you running it as admin? And if the diag tool crashes, maybe the devs should take a look.
  2. I'd just reinstall LCPDFR after patching up GTA IV.
  3. You must do this!
  4. I very scared.
  5. Use the LCPDFR installer to install LCPDFR.
  6. Strange. Post the diag log from here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php/topic/57-run-this-tool-before-reporting-an-issue/
  7. Defiantly looks better. Now they actually stand out a lot. Thanks!
  8. I thought we still had heli support? Or do you mean something else?
  9. As we all know, a lot of people on the forums (especially in support) miss the stickies. I think this is because they think that the stickies are just normal threads due to the fact that the people browsing most likely look a the thread title, see it's the same as the others (font/size/colourwise ect.) and just ignore them. I'm just suggesting prehaps making stickies a different colour or bold or something. Just to make them stand out more. Would help make support threads quicker!
  10. Hmm. You using a cracked version of GTA?
  11. Try rerunning it but as admin.
  12. MODERATOR NOTICE Moved to GTA IV forums as not directly related to LCPDFR You can probably find it at gtaforums. gtapolicemods seems to be down at the moment.
  13. That would be why. LCPDFR doesn't support cracked versions. Sorry.
  14. Try using xliveless.dll You need either dsound or xliveless for lcpdfr to work, dsound is recommended.
  15. Try running the installer as an admin.
  16. Are you using a cracked version of GTA?
  17. We all know what's happened in japan and over the pacific. If you don't know/want to be updated just go here or something. What are your views on it? Personally, I think it's really bad for japan, first, many large earthquakes, then a tsunami which possibles killed 10's of thousands of people, then a nuclear reactor threatening to explode. From what I've seen, if it does explode, it may even affect the west coast of the usa. Crazy stuff.
  18. Sounds pretty good. But if I remember right, Jay said that there are alot of voices to cover and matching to current voices ect.
  19. Are they as good as the ambulances? Because it would be fun to see them start more fires than they put out ;D
  20. That made me laugh. But I find the trainer quite confusing so all I use it for is spawning cars and prehaps godmode if people are dming in freeroam. It's probably best to experiment with the settings in the trainer more and see what happens.
  21. Yeah, I really want to have traffic diversion ingame but I have no idea whether or not it is possible/easy to do.
  22. Wait you posed this? I thought it was just a nice scene after a car chase. Nice. And I haven't tried the trainer much/know any tutorials.
  23. The main reason why stuff like this isn't already ingame is becuase of all the voices that need doing. Though it would be good to see some of these ideas ingame.
  24. Well I can tell it's not an american shooting. There's only about 3 police cars there.
  25. One of the reasons stuff like that isn't already in the game is because of it needing new voices.
