If you mean LCPDFR, it won't be coming to PS3 or xbox.

I think scripthook should be at 0.5.2.0 but I may be wrong. Pretty sure I'm wrong there. Are you using any mods besides LCPDFR? And Sam, edit your post instead of doubleposting!

The program doesn't crash. I ran it on my laptop and windows thought it crashes, but if you leave it, it will come back.

I think that would probably be a good idea if it's not too hard. I think quite a few people use gamepads.

I use my laptop all the time. ;) Even if I do have to play GTA on low settings.

Might be a small bug. I don't really arrest people much so I don't know how its suppose to go/if the same happens to me.

If its not to hard to implement please do it, I'd love doing this ingame ;D (I'd end up exploiting the bad gta ai and make them drive off cliffs)

I'm currently using LCPDFR, some car mods and ELS and I don't seem to get that. You do have quite a lot of mods on.

I think its best to have both installed, unless your on 32 bit in which case you should only install x86. (Once again I may be completely wrong)

If you mean you can only see taxis, there are mods to fix that. And ELS? You might have installed it wrong.

If you reinstall LCPDFR, it will give you the option to use dsound.

Try using dsound instead of xliveless.
