Thanks :) Haha yeah, some do get quite long. These are the raw videos though, so It's from when I launch the game til I leave. All the time we take to set up and stuff is in that video. I do plan on making a best of thing soon.

I try to interact where possible, but it's hard in patrols since I'd be talking over others. I've usually got the stream up on my laptop though so I can easily talk to people through that. But yeah, GTA is horrible with alt tabs :p

People watching the stream? From the one's that I've spoke too, some want to play, others enjoy watching. But yeah, the non-serious patrols/mess arounds do attract more people since it is chaotic insanity.

Have you got a cracked copy of GTA? Also have you tried playing with LCPDFR as the only mod?

Try using a different version of ELS, V5 or V4. ELS V6 is known to be quite buggy and could be causing the crashes.

Your GTA IV isn't updated. You need update 1.0.7.0 for LCDPFR. http://www.gamefront.com/files/16633189/gtaiv_1.0.7.0_patch.zip

Did you select to install an ASI loader and the scripthook when you installed the mod?

You only have 1GB of RAM. This is probably the cause. 2GB or more is recommended.
