This mod needs alot of work. I started it 1. spikes don't work 2. the dispatch menu is broken 3. the trunk items have one by one stopped working and now every time I try to get something out of the boot the game freezes. 4. the rader gun will not show but the radar numbers work.

This is the not my first Mod. but it is the first one I have uploaded. Its basic I changed the patch and the badge. if there are any problems please tell me and I'll try and get them fixed Now I'm not a Batman fan but i thought it would be a good idea to put this up Enjoy! New version GPD V2

Well i can't wait to see this. My brother is a Police officer in Western Australia and he plays this mod. so I'm waiting to see what he makes of the new stuff.

Thanks for your help guys. I fixed the problem. I turned the car spawn randomly thing up to 25 and replaced Taxi with a truck to mix things up a bit more.

Thanks but the problem is not that. I have traffic flow it works fine. Thing is I want my city to look like portland and portland doesn't have 10 taxi's in one place There are normal cars going about i just want more normal cars and less taxis

I'm looking for a mod that changes the spawn rate for taxi's. e.g From 20 per-block to 1 per-block. Because I am seeing a lot of taxi's and I can't figure out how to change it. It's not a problem of there being All taxi's. Just to many taxi's and not enough normal cars. So if someone could Find or Make a mod that does this that would be great. I'm sure all that has to be done is change the popcycle.dat file so it shouldn't be too hard. But I don't know what do with it without wasting 5 hours replacing every line of code. I need this for a Portland project I'm working on

I was looking around and saw that there are not many downloads for the Portland Police. So I made my own pack. It's close to being finished. And I was wounding if anyone would like me to upload it here? Here's whats in it All cars are from the game I used Paint and OpenIV to edit the cars and peds Non-els I changed the M_Y_COP so it looks like PPB I changed the: Nstockade Pstockade Police Police2 Noose Polpatriot Polmav M_Y_COP M_M_FATCOP M_Y_STOOPER M_M_FBI M_Y_NHEILPILOT M_Y_SWAT Good for those of you that don't have fast computers A lot of the mods I used here are from other users and I will give them credit. And links to their mods if I can. I replaced the fatcop with the normal one because i couldn't find a way to edit him right. so the common/date files have been changed as while. Anyway I will give the details in the download. But tell what you think. Because if you want it I'll take the time to get it together. But I'm not able to make an ELS pack so your going to have to do that yourself
