everytime i run GTA4 as soon as i see the model. the game crashs I've tried to fix it but nothing works so far

Its like you've never heard of LCPDFR mod because all the controls are on top of the ones used in LCPDFR. I can't use anything in this game and i Can't understand what any of the controls mean in the ini. its hopeless. And i know my way around this kind of stuff im not a newbie. I've been modding for awhile. but this is just unuseable.

I can't use my siren because the mod disables it. how do i turn off the siren mode?

Where can I get (red and blue) lights on the Ford Taurus

Will everything worked untill i loaded the game then the whole thing crashed as soon as it loaded I like the mod but i would like it not to wreak my game everytime i load it
