With this audio file replacement, you will hear two rapid beeps that dispatch will play before issuing a callout. Simply read the readme for file replacement instructions and you will hear the authentic LAPD dispatch tone!

This "mod" replaces the default audio files for the in-game police scanner for LSPDFR.
INSTALLATION:
- Go to your GTA V main directory.
- Navigate to: LSPDFR > Police Scanner > RESIDENT.
- Copy the files included in the download, and paste them in the RESIDENT folder, replacing the files it asks to.
I have included the backup files in the download incase to wish to go back to the default sounds.
NOTE: Not all the sounds are replaced. I only replaced the ones which I could find high quality audio files for.

As I've moved back onto Kansas, my current goal is to add every single agency in Johnson County. and I got really tired of seeing the default Pranger SUV respond as backup. A small agency, JCPPD are sworn police officers and primarily responsible for patrolling the many county parks within Johnson County, and especially speed enforcement in them. However, they will also respond throughout the county as mutual aid is requested.

My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add. This is the easiest way.
 
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.
 
Change it to Los Santos instead of the real life name-
No. I plan on splitting Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having 3 or 4 "Los Santos PDs" in my game.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.
 
Making them respond as backup-
Watch one of these videos depending on what backup you use:

VisualV is a graphic overhaul modification for Grand Theft Auto V, bringing you a completely redone time cycle, edited timecycle modificators for areas/interiors, improved color correction to add some life to Los Santos and Blaine County as well as a fixed rendering code, so your playing experience will be more smooth and nicer.
 
What was changed in VisualV?
- All weathers rewritten from scratch, based on a hundreds of Los Angeles photos and movies.
- Draw distance of lights was increased and they are more visible.
- Moon movement is corrected (no more moonrise at west!).
- Moon size was matched to the real world.
- Volumetric fog effect was improved, now it's stunning as it should be.
- Clouds colors, intensity and movement were built from scratch.
- Shadows under vehicles are in higher quality, so they are no more not blocky.
- Chromatic aberration and vignetting were removed from the normal gameplay.
- Lens flares are all the same for three lead characters.
- Dithering effect from the grass was removed for good, rainy weathers will make it great!
- And many, many minor fixes.
VisualV has own ReShade and ENB presets, with heat haze effect available only for VisualV.
There are few optionals improvements, check them out!

INSTALLATION:
You will need OpenIV,
Drag the OIV File you want to install out of the .zip folder to your desktop

DESCRIPTION:

Hi. I had the idea of collecting more realistic sounds for weapons. My goal is to secure the shootings of the game to those of the real life to get a greater immersion during the shootouts in Los Santos. I've extracted sounds from gunshots from games like Far Cry 4, Battlefield 4 and real weapons sound plus I've extracted sounds from distant shots of movies like Heat (1995).
The objective of my mod is to obtain the sound immersion of the scene of the robbery of the bank and shootout with the LA police that appears in the film Heat (1995). I attach the video of this scene which is a work of art of the cinema

Also, I wanted to improve the sounds of explosions to deliver an experience similar to an urban combat.

RSE4.5 (Sound_Only).oiv -> This version only installs the sounds without any meta files that modify the gameplay. It is a version compatible with other mods. If you have version 4.4 installed, install this version as an update.

RSE4.5_AK47_Sound2.oiv ->This version installs the full mod with an alternate sound for the Assault Rifle (Ak47). This Ak47 sound setting has no sound for the silenced version.

RSE4.5_AK47_Default.oiv -> This is the default version of the mod.

My own custom made personally EQ'd LAPD Federal Signal Smart Siren SSP3000b siren pack that I made to be used with FiveM as well if you're a user of that. These tones are downloaded raw from Federal Signal's website and trimmed & EQ'd through Reaper studio to  sound as authentic as possible. I added a comparison video below as well as a demo of the sound. Hope you enjoy my take on one of my favorite sirens out there.

Not sure if it was intentional or not but one of the red LED lights (siren11) will skip two flashes and stay on (look at the images for a better understanding of the issue).
 
-Features:
Fixes the siren11 for siren setting IDs "1" and "13".
Includes a file that mod creator can use their own mods (read the 'readme!' for more information).

-Installation:
1. Go to "mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data" using OpenIV.

After a while of playing LSPDFR with StopThePed installed, I thought that StopThePed lacked more dialogue and items, so I spent some time figuring out how to modify and use the code in the .xml files and .ini, and then created this modification to add some more realism and immersiveness when using StopThePed with LSPDFR.

Have you ever been so annoyed at ai that you just want to shoot everyone you see. (Can Relate) Well now is the time they stop being dumb. This script will make ai cars start slowing down for red lights at a intersection farther back. They will also pull all the way over to the side of the road when emergency lights are on instead of pulling and parking in the middle of the road. They also drive alot more realistic. This mod improves the behavior AI backup in pursuits. Tired of seeing AI constantly and randomly go for pits on suspects? Tired of seeing AI drive out in front of a suspect for no reason and cause a major accident? Well I was, the default LSPDFR pursuit menu (keybind is N by default) seemed to be very inconsistent with its ability to stop backup units from utilizing tactics such as pits on AI, so I decided to fix that. With this mod installed, you now have complete control over when backup units go in for a pit on the suspect vehicle (by utilizing the pursuit menu and enabling/disabling tactics, which actually works properly now!). AI is also a bit more tame, when tactics are disabled, AI will just follow the suspect in a proper line. backup AI units will even slow down for you if you attempt to take primary, and they do not fight you for primary position in a pursuit. This mod does not change suspect AI, or any AI that is not labeled as police.
 
What this mod does:
AI units no longer drive out in front of suspects when joining pursuits to try and "block" the suspect (weirdly enough this was an intentional feature)
AI units are more tame and will follow the suspect in a line (especially when tactics are disabled)
AI units no longer crash into each other constantly during pursuits to fight for a position
AI units do their best to stay behind the suspect vehicle, they do not try and drive out in front of the suspect to block them
The default LSPDFR pursuit menu works properly now, if tactics are disabled, AI units do not try and pit the suspects, they will only move in for pits when tactics are enabled.
AI units slow down for you if you try and pass them to take primary, and if you want the AI to take primary you pull over and let them pass (you need to make a complete stop on your car or else it may look a bit buggy)
 
NOTE: Tactics in the pursuit menu are usually enabled by default when the pursuit starts, so make sure to disable it if you do not want AI to go for pits.
 
KNOWN ISSUES: Sometimes, even though you disable tactics in the pursuit menu, the AI will still try and pit the suspect, this can be fixed by simply cycling the tactics between enabled and disabled. 
 
To get the best result from this mod, I recommend you install AI Traffic Fluidity and Discipline (link to the mod below). if you do not install it, you may not get the same results that I did. But it is not required, this mod will work just fine without it.

I 'm excited to announce the release of Ultimate Questions for STP.  This mod enhances the great work done by BejoLjo and gives every ped you interact with personality and a story.  Ultimate Questions uses STP's traffic stop questions and custom questions to give you infinite role play possibilities.   Each xml has over 10 sub menus of questions you can ask a ped whether in a vehicle on a traffic stop or on foot.   The responses of the peds were created to flow and lead to your next question, the menus are organized with tags for easy navigation.

Note: I am not the person who made grammar police, I simply enhanced it a bit and tweaked it to my liking and also added some more 10 codes for the people who like to use 10 codes, please make sure to thank the person who made grammar police for their awesome job on this mod.
Lets give a big round of applause for opus49 for making the amazing Grammar Police mod that lets you have a more immersive experience inside of LSPDFR with an amazing AI dispatching system, I have created this as a small enhancement and added 10 codes to his project by adding some more words and also adding in the 10 codes and I have personally tested everything out and it works fine and if you are having some issues then make sure to let me know and Ill help to the best of my ability. I am making this for the people who don't feel like editing the files or are less experienced modders I know that you can edit the files just as easily but NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS PLEASE I am doing this for fun so no hate just have fun with it and if you don't want it then don't download it.

Step 1: Download Grammar Police from https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/28003-grammarpolice/
Step 2: Go to this pathway pathway ---> Grand Theft Auto V > plugins > LSPDFR > GrammarPolice > grammar > (your language) > custom > actions
Step 3: Drag and drop all of the files from "Installation Files" folder into the folder and then click "Replace File in Destination"
Step 4: Enjoy!

This is a comprehensive collection of charges and citations for CompuLite, there is a lot of charges that are realistic and actual statutes. It will take some time to get used to this because of the numerous amount of charges but once you learn to navigate it and find the charges you need and you will find them they are here then you will enjoy using it.
 
 
**WARRANTS** - There is not and will not be a charge added Labeled "WARRANT" as there is no such charge in any statute in any state, A warrant is simply a document issued by a court to authorize arrest of an individual for a charge in which the court found probable cause thru a sworn affidavit or criminal complaint to issue such warrant. If you get a ped with a wanted status you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her with whatever the charge is they are wanted for for example if you stop a ped for speeding and dispatch or CompuLite advises the ped is wanted for "Burglary" then you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her for Burglary and whatever offenses you have them for if any. There isnt an additional charge for "Warrant", so before you comment and ask the answer is no I will not add a Unrealistic non charge.
 
**WARNING CITATIONS** - When issuing a Warning Citation to ped make sure to UNCHECK the NOTICE TO APPEAR box if you dont uncheck the box then when you submit the Citation LSPDFR will CRASH. There is no fine amount or jail time assigned to a warning citation so there is no need for a court appearance anyway.
 
**RP DVP** - DVP (Domestic Violence Petition) There is 3 charges under the category labled FOR ROLE PLAY ONLY adn these charges are DVP (1) 30 Day (2) 90 Day and (3) 180 day and these are for random generation from CompuLite to the peds History.  So when you stop a ped for whatever reason and the ped has a firearm in his/her possession and has a valid permit for such when you run the ped thru CompuLite it may generate in the peds history a charge of DVP (30 Days) if so then you would validate it with the date it was issued in Compulite with the date it is at the time of your interaction with ped and if its less than 30 days then the DVP is active and the ped is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition therefore is in violation of the DVP and this goes the same for the 90days and 180days, just simply a little something extra to add to your gamplay
 
**DWI / DUI** - DWI = Driving While Intoxicated,  DUI = Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics. There are multiple DUI and DWI charges within these XML's theres 1st, 2nd and Felony 3rd offense and each one has a different penalty, there is also charges for DWI/DUI with bodily injury, death, property damage etc. etc. When you are charging a ped with DUI or DWI it is important to check the peds history in CompuLite to see if the ped has previous DUI/DWI charges that way you can charge the ped with the appropriate offense 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. The legal BAC is .08% however like in most states there is a substantially lower BAC for drivers who are under the legal drinking age of 21 or who possess a Commercial or CDL license and also for anyone who operates a motor cycle the legal BAC for these drivers is .04%. So keep in mind that using mods probably wont alert to the smell of alcohol if the driver is below .08% so i would ask questions !!
 
**(M), (F), (A)** - In the Charges XML you will see that all the charges either begin with a (M) or a (F) they simply identify if the charge is a (M)Misdemeanor or (F)Felony. In the Citations XML you will find that some Citations start with a (A) this is to let you know the citation is also an arrest-able offense and charge and it is your discretion to either arrest and charge the ped or Cite the ped (any Citation that has (A) there is also a Charge for it in the Charges XML) all arrest able citations are misdemeanors there is no option to cite and release a felony, all felony charges are thru arrest only.
To install go to GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/CompuLite and simply drag and drop and replace default XML files
