So I've been playing a lot again lately (mostly Online) and I've noticed that my performance is quite poor for my rig (or at least, it seems so to me). My specs are a GTX 980 (not overclocked), Intel i7 5820k (@3.30GHz), 32GB RAM, operating system Windows 7 64 bit. My performance is consistently sub-60FPS wherever I am, except when flying high. The countryside is the worst for performance, as would be expected, sometimes dipping to below 20. Am I mistaken in how powerful my rig is, or is there something wrong with it? I thought I would be able to run with relatively high settings and have good framerates, and yet that isn't the case. My settings.xml: So is there an issue with my rig or am I just fooling myself about how powerful it actually is? If it's the second option, what settings should I change?

I echo sentiments that we would appreciate an update to ELS V. It's great, but it's not perfect yet. It's still missing a few things. Also, this is off-topic slightly and if a mod asks me to edit it out, that's fine. But technically it is related to ELS V. Does anyone know what happened to Bxbugs? Profile says "inactive". Did they leave the GTA Modding scene? If so, that's a shame. I'll miss their work.

How would I change all the light colours to red on the vehicle? The San Andreas Texture Megapack retextures this vehicle to a Battalion vehicle, but I want it to have all-red lighting to fit that. Is that possible?- 22 comments

The LSSD Riot says "Los Angeles County" below the Los Santos County stars (Edit: The LSSD Caprice also says Los Angeles County, and the badge is LASD). Can this be fixed? Also, many vehicles with number plates say "CA Exempt" instead of "SA Exempt". Some vehicle download links lead to something that no longer exists, too. Other than these issues this pack is great. I haven't finished installing all the vehicles yet but I like it a lot so far. Side note: I cannot get multiple liveries to work on policet. I added the FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in the vehicles.meta in my modding DLC (I used @Albo1125's Modding Pack V) but it isn't working. Do you know why this might be?- 16 comments

Boy would I love to try out a graphics mod, but considering my framerate already dips in the countryside on (I think) the highest settings right now, I don't think it'd do my game any good. -
Why does the model look better in this screenshot than the ones on the file? Enhancer? Just higher settings?

My god... what the hell is the game that they focus on? It looks like one of those asset-flipped Steam Greenlight games that have been plaguing Steam for a few years now.

So I've finally given up hope on Scripthook being updated and downgraded EFLC to 1.1.2.0. as per instructions. However, it is still crashing when opening it (from Steam or LaunchEFLC.exe) It gets to the legal information, then immediately crashes. The only log file I can find that might be detecting the crash is AdvancedHook.log, which says: Do I have to do a clean install or something? If not, how can I fix this? SOLVED. Cause: Incorrect installation of new "horns" file in OpenIV. Nothing to do with anything else.
Since you're doing this, how about an Alderney City variant? Since LC is coming to GTA V, it'd be useful.They said in the post that they made the model...
When can we expect to see the release of 7.5? Any hints? I'd rather not try to install 7.4, it looks a little bit complex. And quite honestly I'd rather wait for all the new features 7.5 brings.- 2,341 comments

Honestly, I'm slightly amused that whoever's handling messages doesn't know the difference between "insure" and "ensure".
I'm getting collision issues with the car. I can walk right through the boot and I was actually killed while trying to take cover behind the vehicle because I was being shot through it. Pretty sure I'm using the newest version.- 61 comments
