  2. Are you using .91? If so, then don't link your account during the installation, or it will not work.
  3. I'm just gonna guess the answer to this... Run the game as an administrator. 1) Right click the icon 2) Click "Run as Administrator"
  4. Intel Graphics is not even a graphics card. This is where the processor tries to render graphics as a graphics card would, but it is nothing compaired to a halfway decent graphics card. As such, you cannot run GTA with that.
  5. Yeah, sadly that means that your graphics card is unable to handle the game. GTA IV requires a pretty good system even by today's standards. That's just how it was made I guess.
  6. Probably not. What you can do is export the texture you want from the old .wft, and import it into the new .wft. To do this, import the old .wft using SparkIV (if you have already replaced it). Select it and hit Edit. Select the texture you want, and click Export, then Save and Exit. Next, import the new .wft, and hit save. Select the file and click Edit. Select the texture you want to replace, and click Import Texture, and browse to where you exported it from the old file. Save, Exit, etc. The reason why you cannot simply import the .wft itself is because it has all of the textures used in the vehicle, not just the skin, and depending on the model/creater, it could screw up some textures.
  7. If the laptop does not have a graphics card to begin with, then you cannot put a graphics card in it. There is simply no where to put it.
  8. Actaully no, because all that does is cause problems with the game. Very very few people can get away with those cars being modded, and not have it crash constantly. So unless you are okay with restarting every 5 minutes, it is best to not have ELS-enabled police and police2. AI and ELS are very bad with eachother, and rarely work right together. ELS is really only good for being player controlled.
  9. This is caused by your graphics card not being able to handle the game. This can be caused by car mods, or sometimes even without them, depending on the card you have.
  10. GTA IV and LCPDFR is a 32-bit application, so you need the 32-bit Framework, even though you have a 64-bit system. You can have both installed at the same time.
  11. You can't link your account in .91 anymore. The server only recognizes data from .95. Just leave the account page blank, or upgrade to .95RC1.
  12. And the letter after the version number tells you what lightbar it has. Generally, A is the FedSig Argent, L is the Whelen Liberty, V is the FS Vector/Vision, and M is for the Code 3 MX-7000, to name a few. Also, it would probably be best if you did not use an ELS car for the police and police2 slots. This causes problems with LCPDFR, and causes the game to crash. Any other car should be fine.
  13. Wouldn't this be unconstitutional due to right to privacy, and freedom of speach/expression?
  14. http://goo.gl/QEftp I really wish that they would fix that...
  15. Try spamming Y untill it works. Then, spam SHIFT untill that part works. That's what I have to do.

  20. Yes. Save as all files, and just add .ide to the save name.
  21. I've been working on a Harford County Sheriff skin, but I can't find a picture of the star decal. You wouldn't happen to know where to find a good pic of it, would you?
  22. I thought that the Teamviewer password changes after each session so it cannot be used twice.
  23. Yeah, there is a huge range of graphics cards out there. It would help to know what your price range is. That makes it much easier to narrow down cards.
  24. What about the graphics card? As Icon said, this will be under the "Display" tab.
  25. Guys, listen...All he needs to do is run the game as an administrator as described by Icon. There is nothing more he needs to do.
