I'm all for the MVA's definitely they do happen everyday.

I think the ability to choose what type of Enforcement Division/ Unit would fuckin' sweet also, problem is, it would get boring after awhile because face it, GTA is very boring as Vanilla.. I still play IV ONLY because of LCPDFR & the vehicles you can choose from.. my friends, in awe when they see I have RCMP on my screen & I play as the RCMP.

That may be true but, if someone had have hit him & he survived while the other 2 died, he would have been blamed, & sent to prison for numerous charges stemming from: DUI . Vehicular Manslaughter. and the list just keeps going. Which is also a good point as to why drunk driving is never good on ANY occasion, live or die there ARE fatal or severe consequences whether it's your fault or not.

I was half expecting my comment to get ripped to shreds!! lol Anyway, it is harsh, but life itself doesn't give anyone a break, now, if he had a wife and kids than his selfishness of driving when he could have taken a cab, has left his wife...a widow.... children....fatherless & just keeps going, would have been a different story if he had of just thrown the keys onto the passenger seat & just passed out.

Sucks but, if Alcohol WAS a factor in the crash, than I really share no pity to any of them.. they made their beds, now they can lay in it and they most certainly will.. I know people that have been in fatal car accidents due to drinking & driving, I don't feel sorry for them either.. why? because it's a choice they made.. Now Paramedics, Police & Fire have to clean it up..

I'm actually surprised that there hasn't been a Police Simulator done for any of the consoles, so many people would be for it, however, I think it would have to be nothing short of a free roam game... Traffic Stops Patrols Arrests Realistic Lighting Realistic vehicles (which would be harder to come by as they are trade marked such as the FCVPI, FPI & all the other vehicles People will want the ability to customize characters Different varieties of lighting (lightbars, strobes etc) I would even buy the game if there was a program that allowed FULL texture customization with an ingame customizer so people could use the departments they want, uploading pics for these textures etc.. oh here we go my imagination has gone wild....

I already mentioned this when I first started here at LCPDFR, lots of things to take into consideration.

That is very true, but there is no reason good enough to take your own life in my eyes, kids are cruel, and that is a fact, I made it through bullying all through, elementary, junior high & i'm still here, I've had some horrible things done to me & made me a stronger person today, some life challenges people just can't handle.

I have to agree, although I AM a dick :D, however, I don't bully, I don't like it being done to me, therefore I don't do it, I don't even feel a bit sorry for those who commit suicide over bullying, yes it hurts, but shit, people grow a pair, not sure if you heard about that Rhaetah Parsons case here in Nova Scotia last year, where she was gang raped by several guys and the video was posted and she was bullied over it and killed herself, that kind of bullying I have pity for, not cyber bullying, who makes a big deal out of being called a fag anyway?

I've decided to post some pictures of RCMP vehicles that re unique by province in regards to lighting some of these are unusual and I personally have never seen an RCMP Unit with any other than an Edge, Legend or Tomar let alone a Whelen Liberty, awhile ago I found an Alberta RCMP Crown Vic with a Federal Signal Arjent S2 lightbar, but now I can't find it, if anyone spots it, feel free to post below, this is more for people who have made or are doing RCMP vehicles for GTAIV. My computer would experience what a wall tastes like, i'd remove the ENB for sure, you may get better FPS as that does slurp a lot of resources.

They are 30,000 strong, and I don't think any pursuit in New York would be fast at all, however, that Nissan Altima is actually pretty fast, I've driven one and you put a Police Package in that to boot.

I can kind of understand they want the children to be safe, whether they have a gun or not, you can never to be cautious when it comes to children, my girlfriend is a preschool teacher & her mom runs a daycare out of the house I would expect the same thing, she had a mother freak out at her for the stupidest reason the other day, what else are they supposed to do?
