  1. Was he rushing to the girl that got away?
  2. What are you talking about? every RCMP car out there has BC plates....
  3. It can be pretty costly if you want a couple strobes, I have 1 power supply under the hood that runs 2 toggle switches into interior of the car, 1 to turn them on and the other to change the patterns, it comes with 10 different flash patterns, but if you don't want a pattern selector inside, there is a white wire that just hangs loose that changes the patterns on the positive ground under the hood, but that's a pain, so I had 2 switches mounted beside my steering wheel, the power switch works for both headlight strobes as well as the tail light strobes, that requires another power supply, which I have mounted in the trunk, I have a bunch of strobes and 1 power supply left I want to put in my reverse lights. I will be honest, it is VERY expensive if you don't know anyone who can sell these to you and install them. I was first quoted $800.00, because they have to take some of the interior out, run the wires etc.. 1 brand new strobe bulb is about $90.00 brand new and a brand new power supply is about $100.00.. I paid $5.00 a strobes and I got 7 and 3 power supplies at $50.00 each (used) I paid $250.00 for my buddy to install them, but if you want them bad enough they are WELL worth the money spent, I do NOT recommend going for anything less than the name brand strobes, I had Wal-Mart cheapies and my god they sucked and looked horrible. Here is the video of my setup from the outside:
  4. They have the layouts of cars 4 years before they're actual time to be made, they probably are 2014 FPI's.
  5. I read something somewhere stating it had to do with the full sized frame, apparently they wanted also wanted better fuel economy with the Ford Taurus, the tank is pretty much the same size as the Crown Vic, they shot themselves in the foot on that one AND it's All Wheel Drive.
  6. I can tell you why she was sadly mistaken: - Not my type - I have a girlfriend do I REALLY need to do that stuff? - At that point & time it was for help with her texturing, that's it. - I have better things to do than flirt with someone that lives in another country - Waste of time.
  7. Video games themselves are discriminated against, and this is partially why, LCPDFR even has strict community guidelines about bullying/ discrimination, they shouldn't have to go into hiding because of 12 year olds, I think they would be fine on this site as a majority of us that actually agree on the non discrimination of these gamer girls, would look out for them. That 1stCavMedic was a female, she was pretty cool until she pretty much vanished (I think she got engaged or something) she is also a Police Officer in the NYPD so that may be a factor as well, was pretty sad though, I think she thought I was hitting on her everytime I talked to her a Facebook, must be a woman thing.
  8. They CAN legally sell you red/blue lights, but it ENTIRELY on you if you get caught with them, they could even sell you a red/blue lightbar if you wanted one, you'd just have to drive white the "out of service" cap that comes with it whilst driving. Must be different here, I have an 03 Crown Vic ex cop car, 2 tail light strobes and 2 white headlight strobes, a guy was broke down on a busy street during morning rush hour and people wouldn't stop honking, so I zipped in behind him and flipped my strobes on and everyone shut up, anywho, next thing I know I see red/blue lights, the Officer gets out of his cruiser, looks at all my lights and asks me" buddy of yours?" I said no he just broke down, and he let me go, my point is, there shouldn't be any reason why you can't have them if you're just showing them off, or someone needs help (broke down) as long as you don't abuse it, which that was the second time I used them in public, if i'm changing a ladies tire on the side of the road at 10PM when i'm just driving by, I want people to be able to see me so both me and her get to go home, you never know what a driver is doing in their car.
  9. I'll admit, you make a good a good case, I can't argue with that.
  10. Holy shit.. I don't think people realize how serious that is, my guess is most of those people are virgins and have no jobs, or are underage.
  11. Yes, I also said CERTAIN people should have them referring to my previous statement and if i'm understanding right your a Police Officer which would put you in a position to carry one even so, some LEO's are still questionable, to answer your question I would do what I CAN to protect my family I wouldn't hide nor would I wait for the Police, I would find the closest thing possible and use it, never know, I may actually shoot some one if I had to, but that is something I will never know, because owning a firearm is not a right here nor do people preach that guns are the way to solve problems.
  12. You make a good point, probably best they stay in hiding than lol, I know there is one on GPM but I for the life of me can't remember what her name is.
  13. I've wondered that myself, but honestly, what does it matter? they wouldn't be treated any different.
  14. That Liverpool CVPI doesn't even have any headlight strobes! Boooooooo!
  15. There is nothing childish about honesty, why do I need to sugar coat my opinion to make someone feel better? like really, I am yet to see an American that doesn't think this way, I do NOT dislike guns, nor am I against them, there are some people that possess a firearm for the wrong reasons, playing god is most certainly one of them and by that I mean taking a life nobody has a right to take which seems to be the most popular answer in this topic, I think only CERTAIN people should have them and certain TYPES of people that shouldn't.. my cousin lives in Oklahoma and her husband has a Glock, .45 and an M4, what does anyone need that kind of firepower for unless you were planning on using it? FYI you shouldn't compare "shoot first, ask questions later" to your position on this site. I say what's on my mind and nobody seems to like it.. and there IS a reason for that..... To be completely honest i really don't care if anyone likes me at all, it is what it is. EDIT: @ Master Yoda: you can't even compare cars to guns, cars provide jobs guns don't plus, you need different types of licenses to operate different vehicles and from what I've heard in some states you don't need a license to own a gun, people operating any type of equipment without a license shouldn't be operating it, which is why laws are put into place, owning a vehicle is a privilege not a right.
  16. First of all, you know nothing about me, so before you go and jump to conclusions about my "perfect little world" be sure to know what you're talking about first, that's the problem with you Americans, you shoot first, and ask questions later, you can take that as you will, what's funny is, a lot of comments are made towards my personal life, which is not your business nor anybody elses, not really your right to even question how I would protect my family, just saying, either way you look at it, it's not my "right" as you call it, to carry a firearm in city limits, so your argument is invalid.
  17. Reserve your name calling for someone else, we have crime here just like anyone and we FYI don't live in seclusion or what you call a safe bubble, we do have crime and do have gangs, no idea where you even got "safe bubble" from but anyway.. So because I disagree with you it's non sense? Hold on.... if you agree cops should carry guns than what was all the crap you were speeling? The point i'm trying to make is, a lot of those shootings that take place could be people that were once considered okay to carry a firearm, than something clicked bam 12 people dead.. It's a 50/50 chance when you give someone a "right" to carry a gun, something dramatic could happen that could cause a person to go over the edge, whether it be a divorce, death of a loved one, car accident, shooting perhaps, that's all i'm saying and that's why I disagree with a person being able to have access LEGALLY to something that can cause that much damage without a second thought.
  18. They are going to be just like the crown vic.. nothing is going to change on them for 10-12 years except possible improvements under the hood.
  19. Handicapped people I can understand ONLY because they can't defend themselves, but you're average joe should be able to
  20. Yes really, i'm gonna tell you something, I was held at gun point 3 years ago my second winter in Nova Scotia, I wasn't mugged , why? because I beat the shit out of him and to this day I don't carry a gun or a knife, why do I need to? i'm not a panzy.
  21. I'm not gonna write a story book about my point, but my point is, Canadians don't need to open carry firearms, why do Americans? I don't get how it is a right to carry a firearm at all are people REALLY that paranoid that they NEED to carry a gun, I don't know much about the American Constitution but i'm learning as I go, there is no reason big enough to carry a firearm unless hunting or going to a range, no average person needs one.
  22. Good to have you back, Tom H, I wish I would have worded it like that (lol) however, in some cases people that have had their homes broken into have been sued by burglars/ trespassers for getting injured, I don't know how that even works but what a fucked up world we live in, logic went out the window.
  23. Lol Troubled child eh? that's a new one...
  24. Weed shouldn't even be illegal and probably half the population would agree.
  25. Well obviously it's un-American.. I AM Canadian after all, any who I never said anything about "generalizing ALL Americans have the intent to go fucking shoot somebody until they run out of bullets" I don't care about Vermont, i'm talking everywhere in general, no guns, no crime, no shootings.. 8 murders is still too many, those people more than likely had families, cousins, sons, daughter, mothers, fathers.. Sorry but I can't imagine living somewhere where people can walk down the street with an AR-15 Assault rifle.. what the hell do you need an assault rifle for? one day your right to bare arms will be gone, maybe not now, or 20 years from now, but it will, any who, I stated my opinion, and you stated yours, you don't get my reasoning & I sure as hell don't get yours.
