Look at the Crown Vic.. they were high demand and departments were buying them by the hundreds when they found out they were being put out of service & that didn't stop Ford from discontinuing them, seems like Caprice is hit or miss.. they discontinued them in the late 90's than put them back into production sometime in the last couple of years, than discontinued them again & now back at it, I also heard they did the same with the PPV Tahoe, not sure how much truth there is to that but that's what I heard anyway, I'd bet my left nut (girlfriend needs the right one) that if Crown Vic made a come back that a majority of departments in Canada & the U.S would go back to them, they were THE ultimate work horse, lots of space, fast, sounded good, can drive on almost any terrain, comfortable, they could have chose a different body style for the Caprice to be less "Sporty & Futuristic" & more "Professional like the CVPI/ FPI" When I get to a car accident scene with Police on scene I want to see professional, not some cop rollin' up in a Caprice slammed & on 22's.... but that's just me.

Off Topic: Those lightbars are recycled from other units they retired that are on the chargers now, but I really don't understand why they buy vehicles they don't need, like what the fuck is that? a Crossfire or whatever it's called? just a waste of my tax dollars... On topic: Why don't you use EVI's Chargers? they have Whelen Liberties on them & there is a Dodge Ram with a Liberty as well as a Jeep by Corleone, but I think that has a Whelen Freedom on it & there is a Slicktop Charger with a Setina Rambar.

Yup, unfortunately, I met his mom last winter, she just lives about 10 minutes or so from where I live & I'm not from Cole Harbour & Julien from Trailer Park Boys lives 10 minutes the other way from me.

This day & age & the way the economy is it really isn't shocking, but I just kinda skimmed through the article & it does look like they were having some financial hardships.

RCMP love to use some unmarked for highway patrol use, but they don't choose normal colours.. never seen a black one or a white one, just metallic brown and really shitty dark blue.

I personally love using EVI's Crown Victorias.. everyone thinks the suspension is to "springy" but really, if you've driven a Police Interceptor, you'd def be able to tell the difference, most realistic & big unlike the other ones like the D:SF & BxBugz123's model. I can upload one & you can give it a try? it's HIS model, so I won't upload publicly.

Sad when stuff like this happens, I have driven tow truck for over a year now & just seeing how people drive & the impact their choices can make really changes ones driving habits & is never good when something like this happens. Sorry about your friend.
