Hey all, I was wondering how I can make the "Intensity" of an Police arm patch so you can actually read it? i'm having a lot of issues with it,.

That defines where the environment reflections emits from (and subsequently are displayed at), the actual patterns that you can change between in-game are hardcoded into ELS. What about the Extras at the top of the ini.? some are one & some are off. Go to the ELS Folder, there should be text files named Police, Noose, Polpatriot, Fbi etc, those are the ones that come separate to work differently for each vehicle, open the one you want to change, scroll down to Extra_1 = red Extra_2 = red Extra_3 = blue Extra_4 = blue Extra_5 = white Extra_6 = white Extra_7 = red Extra_8 = white Extra_9 = blue Change those to whatever you want.

So, I really haven't taken the time to really play around with the settings but, is there a way to have custom flash patterns via the ELS.ini?

Baha this falls under the category of awesome! EVI did a Charger last year with a lightbar modeled to look like a Christmas tree ;) and named it "South Pole PD"
