are the 2 files, redistributable and marketplace supposed to be "1" file? meaning i have to uninstall them both?

Anyone know what it is or how to fix it?

it's really weird indeed cause i finally got the installation to run, pretty sure the game is patched, but none of my mods will work, kinda confusing in my opinion

cause your in the wrong img file, TBOGT and TLAD share the same vehicle except the unique versions, look for the img in the MAIN directory not in the TBOGT or TLAD directory and you don't necessarily need SparkIV for EFLC

I had to reinstall my GTAIV for the FOURTH time since yesterday and everytime i tried to install Patch 7 i would get an error, anyone know how to fix it? I forgot i started a topic the other day about this, can you close this one, please? :)

every police vehicle in the game are stuck to the ground, they don't move at all, only mine does, the suspension to every vehicle sink's right to the ground when i have ELS enabled, but it's not ELS cause i took it out and stil, the same thing, it's really only AI cause once i get back into the vehicle, the suspension goes back to normal and cops can't get out of the car even with 6 stars also if i run into a cop car it'll either not move or float

Well right now i'm not doing any patrolling cause my police vehicles are just stuck to the ground lol so crime is on the rise in my City lol

i think the ALM mod most defintely adds to the realizm, i've change all the sign's to every police station and am slowly changing highway sign's to area's in Halifax example where i live in cole harbour that is RCMP jurisdiction, so i have RCMP patrol it, bohan i left cause i really like bohan, not really sure why, it has more of a small town "sheriff" instead of police feeling cause it's relitavely small, HRP are the city police i have Algonquin signs to halifax and broker sign's to dartmouth, took alot of time and still working on it, hell, i've even got news articles on HRP shooting's/incident's with car's on scene in newspaper's lying all over the city.

I have a question about your handling, i used your 2003 crown vic handling line, but all police vehicles stick to the ground, would be a handling line that's causing this to happen?

Just some random stuff, what police forces are based in your city and where are they posted? My city consist's of the RCMP which only patrol alderney (ALM mod), the Nova Scotia Sherif's Department Patrol's Alderney along with Bohan, My Halifax Regional Police Patrol's Algonquin and Broker, the HRP Headquarter's is in Algonquin, Niko Bellic is the Chief of police as there are wanted posted for francis mcreary, Bohan Has it's own Independant Police force (Bohan Regional Police) RCMP,HRP, SHERIFF & BRPD all share the same city evidence lock-up in bohan, i never really like the strooper ped so i switched it out with the skinny cop and slapped some RCMP uniform's on them, so even the uniform stay's in Alderney, my choice of sidearm is the Glock 17.
