ALM i think add's to the realizm thus having the option to have different department around the cities, random shooting's etc, pretty much anything that's in LCPDFR i think probably "details" the life and duties of an every day police officer's duties. i think to much realizm would just kill everyones keyboard with keybinding's LOL EDIT: I also use my own custom road textures, and have a sign for advertising a construction company with a picture of Niko on it :D, as well as bussiness mod, it let's you buy different business around the city. plus i updated all my police textures to be present day 2012 (est police force 2012) and so on.

The car in the video could very well have not been released or it has been discontinued, i had 1 like it, but i deleted it unfortunetely, you could try your hand at modeling? very difficult to learn and very time consuming, that's what alot of people do when they can't find mods. if it is EVIs model, then chances are it was discontinued as were most of his model's, i managed to get a dodge challenger that was extremely difficult to get ahold of.

you said there's a bug in the vehicles.ide that cause the police vehicles to either stick to the ground or when you hit them they float, i compared an altered vehicles.ide to a vanilla vehicles.ide everything is the same except the +livery and some of the engine sound's i changed

which line would it be under that has the bug? i just did a fresh install of EFLC, and haven't touched the vehicles IDE yet, still the same bug

I've been having issues with my VLC player, so i booted up SparkIV and am renaming all the files in the independance radio to that of the police scanner ivausd's, i made back-up's, just in-case.

Having some difficulties and it's kinda confusing me, where do i install the LCPD police scanner WAV files? i wanna install them on Independance radio, but their are alot of files in both the scanner and radio, can someone possibly point me in the right direction?

Agreed cp702!, right now i have all cj24 tahoes and have to put them into different folder's so i don't get them confused, same thing with EVI his newest suburban is unique to every other one, so, now i have to rename my textures to this example : EVISuburban_Police,,,, Cj24Tahoe_Police2, don't get me wrong, i don't really like the "original model's" but it does get a little confusing after awhile
