GTAIV is probably one the MOST power hungry games out there, what you spent on that laptop you could have bought custom part's and built a custom rig, i paid AFTER the upgrades around $800.00-$850.00 Canadian and still can't run the game on max setting's, plus if you want to install high poly mod's your just BEGGING for your computer to burn out, i would take it back and tell them it's not what you were looking for also, you can't upgrade a laptop. If they don't want to give your money back, threaten them with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) nobody want's problem's with them, chances are they won't want to give your money back cause they make commission off of the sale, if they did give your money back they lose the commision.

post some pictures in your topic of what you have so far

rename the files to noose, fbi, police, police2, polpatriot you can't add new files you can just rename and overwrite and add skin's

they are vicious cause the owner is not doing what he or she need's to be doing, if the dog jumped the fence and ripped a family apart, it's natural instinct for ANY dog to turn mean whether it's been beaten or neglected, not just pitbull's, a doberman also has the ability to lock it's jaw just like a pitbull, king doberman's can be twice maybe triple the size of a pitbull and STILL do the same thing but in most cases pitbull's are blamed. as for those report's of too many people getting hurt by these dog's, that's because they are discriminated against so bad you rarely hear of any other dog doing such thing's cause it's not new's worthy.. "blame the pitbull's" @NicolaiB, they can be trained like any other dog, they are just a dog like any other, if i had a pitbull and someone broke into my house and it ripped the burglar apart the pitbull would be blamed and most likely be put down but if it was a german shephard, people would commend it just because it's not a pitbull, as you said "Dog owner's are the ones responsible for it's behaviour" it's just apolling how many people discriminate against these dog's, i know people with pitbull's and the temperment is just remarkable considering "they are apparently the worst animal known to man" for once i really wish people would put the blame where it belong's....

um your only changing textures not lightbar's, most model's are locked so you can't edit them, to get different lightbar's you have to download different car's

I though a police state was referring to state police and bringing them to canada, @Ekalb, what exactly would be a federal police force? RCMP? FBI wouldn't fall under that or U.S marshall would they?

i've pretty much looked everywhere from contagium to resident evil, none of these work for EFLC, does anyone know where i can find one that work's with EFLC the newest patch? (nothing ever work's with EFLC)

If you use V6, downgrade to V5, i did and haven't had 1 crash in EFLC or IV

would that happen if the number's in the handling line aern't lined up properly? when i install your hadling mod do i need to line them up myself?
