He was in uniform and was in plain site when he got out of his cruiser, and regardless if he was armed or not, he is STILL a police officer, i just watched another video about it, the state trooper that pulled him over is under investigation and the Miami Dade Police Officer was rushing to an assignment/ posting for 7:00am. for all she knew he could have been going to a destination in a hurry, no light's or siren's. EDIT: " he's armed, you wanna fuck with a guy thats armed?" If you can't trust a an Officer of the law, who can you trust?

It look's fuzzy and distorted? i had that problem with ENB, i don't have that problem your experiencing, maybe turn time freezer off and see what happens?

That's what has me stumped, when i try to install the patch i get an error message but after a little while of waiting it installs fine, then i don't have to use RGSC, then in-game the mods don't work, i did the same thing with EFLC but the same mods work, they are both fresh installs.

google "gtaiv latest patch" 1.1.2.0 is EFLC latest patch, get THAT one if your using EFLC, if your using IV get Patch7

i have all of it, i have EFLC latest patch but i wanna know why my mods don't work for IV

So after about a month or so of playing EFLC, i uninstalled IV cause i was having issues with it, reinstalled it, now it has the same issues, none of my mods will work, MotionJoy doesn't work either, i would rather play IV cause for some reason i have better luck with graphic's mods, any ideas?

i'm an ELS guy, always have been, yes the crashes can be annoying but i haven't had a crash since i downgraded to V5, so, i have the chance to get bored before ANY kind of crash or lag :yes:

But i haven't had any issue's with it up until now

So, i turned my game on, changed the time of day to midnight and the indicator's nor the headlight's work at all, anyone else have this problem?

Too be honest ninja, ENB look's amazing if the author know's what they are doing, i'm pretty picky about ENB's, so, i rarely use them as ALL of them slurp your CPU, the best ones to date that are released wmaI20'S,and Neolux's ENB's, that's pretty much it, but if you want something similar use this: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1649 it look's awesome and gives great result's, pretty much the same as an ENB and he took the Nightvision out thank god, it's the best one i've seen thus far.

Try Neolux's ENB V 2, it's for the latest patch, as for what asuna said, you could have deleted a file by mistake

you can already do that, i just can't be bothered with all the hassle of installing each individual sound file

it seems like you need to give the truck a quick boost in order for it to move and when you get close to other vehicles or even get into one (other then the truck) it disappears. @Break, did you delete BOTH "willard" in the cargrp? if not, there are 2 of them, delete them both.

Just a bunch of kids with too much time on their hand's, unless it say's R* Official whatever it is, it's a waste of time even bothering with it.
