  7. Well, ENB would most likely cause alot of lagging, pretty much anything that's intensely modified can and most likely cause alot of problem's, from my experience, i only have 6 script's installed, if i want a mod more then another, i uninstall the one i don't want as much and install the better one, over modding, your just asking for problem's, regardless of how good your computer is, you could have a PC made by Nasa and ELS will most likely crash to desktop, just my opinion though.
  8. That i think is a Whelen Liberty
  9. Right, well, if you knew what the answer was, how could you possibly know if Tom H answered right? @Kjel, i think your right, the thread should be closed, seeing as "Officer Hawk" doesn't care if he get's help or not.

  11. That CVPI look's similar to that of one of EVI's WIP, not sure if he released it though
  12. you can get ELS on GPM (GTApolicemods.com) V5 is more stable then V6
  13. Certain area's throughout the citie's have intense speeder's that really don't care how fast they drive, also, this has nothing to do with LCPDFR,
  14. could be a glitch in your graphics card.
  15. nab mean's take lol
  16. EVI (TheThinBlueLine or Yakadafi) made a few version's, but i think all of them have lightbar's on them:
  17. I think i'm starting to like the Arjent lightbar's, they seem's too look sexy from different angles, as for the O.P.P Texture, i made a bunch, i forgot to put the stealth stripes on the Taurus texture like this one.
  18. sound's like you have pressed "ALT+O", that happen's sometimes if you respond to a call out, there is 1 button, i know of that you will hear a click once pressed, then it will automatically turn on Light's and siren's, simply press "ALT+O" again to have light's only
  19. Luckily, there is a select few that will point out mod's that are stolen
  20. Regardless if they do it on purpose or not, any good modeler put's in his/her description "DO NOT UPLOAD TO ANY OTHER SITE WITHOUT PERMISSION", if that's what it say's and someone upload's it anyway without permission then, in my book's, they are a mod thief, it's common sense to read, which, not alot of people do.
  21. if your talking about ELS Menu, press "ALT+M" your menu will pop up.
  22. ELS is very buggy, doesn't matter which one you use, but V5 is more stable, you get the odd player that's lucky enough to not have any crashes.
  23. That's also what i don't get, people that download stolen mod's, simply do not care if it's stolen or not, this is what got me thinking about it: http://www.gta4-mods...iren-mod-f14947 ory1124 is my username on GTA-4-MODS lol
  24. I had an idea, the idea of a mod thief really pisses me off, i know that the Moderator's are busy all the time not even LCPDFR Staff in general, but somehow, stolen mod's will end up on other site's cause the moderator's are busy with everyday life in general, but Author's are simply going to stop releasing their work ie Cj24, EVI (Which already left the modding scene) etc etc, anyway. I find with alot of stolen mod's there are some thing's that kind of "hint" that it is a stolen mod. 1) There is an extremely low quality picture 2) No description of the mod 3) Really poor description of the mod 4) No Video 5) the "author" doesn't know the proper name, or does not give the name at all so, i was thinking, what if site's had kind of a "mod investigator", before approval, these "authors" have to go through a more lengthy uploading process, such as a FULL description of everything that is in the file whether it be model, texture, sound, RTC etc what i mean by FULL description is mandatory field's that have to be filled in with proper part's, then reviewed by an Admin? if the mod somehow turn's out to be stolen, then permanently ban the uploader's IP from the site. Just a thought.
  25. @Dhruv, i know the values are understandable, but when i turn values up, ELS look's terrible, and when i turn them down ELS look's terrible and the picture is really dark.
