Most model's are locked and can't be edited, have you tried google before posting every question you need answered? we all have to do it.

"Bigger" mods tend to play with people heads by getting them confused, follow that readme to the T and take your time, make backups cause it does replace your handling.DAT, vehicles.img, make seperate folders for them, backup any files the mod says to replace.

I have asked this, i love the strobe effect, really don't like non-ELS at all lol, the strobe effect would be nice to have as a seperate script, though alot of people think it's not realistic, it is very realistic.

If you look around on Youtube alot of the video's will have link's, and LAPD is not uncommon in GTAIV

well put kjel! +1, i do agree that dealing with assholes everyday can change someone, but a potential officer is put through the training so that they can endure such abuse, don't get me wrong, 16 hour work day's is enough to strain anyone. @Bailey23, i don't think i have -1'd any of your post's and have +1'd all of them, judging by reasoning into alot of the topic's i have posted, i bet you are a fine officer of the law, and would probably thank you for pulling me over if you ever did, +1 Bailey23!.. back on topic, i do agree that cops are held higher then civillians, which is without a doubt alot of pressure by itself, but all of the video's that are put on Youtube about Police Brutality is really the only thing that people really look for in police officer's, they expect the worst, therefore, they video tape the worst side of law enforcement. judging by the way the officer approached the camera man, i'm almost certain it was because he was filming.

i recognize that one just by the slow flashers in the corner, i thought that was someone elses CVPI other then Bugz', someone claimed it as there own on GTAIV mods, the lightbar is a whelen justice, look for that in the description, to narrow your search.

When i watched the video, he got off of his bike with lights going, and asked him for Insurance documentation and driver's license, when they weren't even in a vehicle, then later on, the officer appologized for his behavior, and admitted it was for intimidation, hell, the guy with the camera even shook his hand, the Superior Officer was very professional and understanding about it, but the officer with the longer hair just turned around when he said he wanted to make a youtbe video of what happened "so they know the service the community provides"

In my opinion, alot of cops think that some of their actions are justified, whether it be intimidation, police brutality which is pretty much the problem within most police department's, the officer in this video (the bike cop) approached the man with the camera for no reason, was very aggressive, and wasn't even in a vehicle when asked for documentation, later in the video you will see the bike officer standing by, with a rather scared look on his face when the man was talking to a Superior Officer, which in my book's, would indicate, he was indeed 100% in the wrong, considering the man was made a complaint about a fellow officer, even after seeing the video was unbias to the situation, directing him through the proper steps on how to address the situation about the aggressive officer, how do you think he handled the situation? could he have addressed the situation another way? I was looking up what kind of lightbar the Ontario Provincial Police use and i found this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqPCduMug6o it's not very old, and all the light's are displayed as different colours, such as all white, red, blue and yellow, anyone seen this SLR on a CVPI?

Does anyone know where i can find this specific CVPI, it's similar to what i've been looking for minus the corner strobe colours, which i can change the colours on, i don't know how old the video is, or if the files are even still up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxCf5YKYPPw it said Bay City RPG but i saw somewhere they don't do anything with IV as for the siren, i can't find that either.
