When running this game trust me, you want more then minimium requirements, especially if your going to mod it heavily, get a custom build PC cause you can buy an already built PC that's a piece of scrap metal and pay the same price for part's AND know whats in your computer without having a salesman that has no idea what they are talking about helping you and you buy a lemon :P yes, i have had past expereinces like this..

wow i was anticiapting a much longer time perid for V modding, so Max Payne 3 modding is probably already underway? I don't hold my breathfor PC version to be released rightaway, i would expect MAYBE 6-8 months after the release of console version.

Welcome To The Forums, if you actually look for things yourself instead of expecting others to do it for you, you should be fine, happy modding!

Rockstar like to play with peoples minds, sadly, wen and if it is released on PC it'll be at least 4-5 years before it can be modded, but, the sooner the better.

It look's like you should be running your settings on either medium or low on GTAIV, your CPU look's like it could use an upgrade, your RAM is fine, if i'm not mistaken, IV runs better on a 64-bit system, as for your graphic's card, i don't know much about NVIDIA, i have an AMD Sapphire Radeon HD 6790 All my specs are: AMD Phenom X2 555 3.20GHZ 4GB RAM LG Disc Reader AMD Sapphire Radeon HD 6790 ThermalTake (TT) Case and my computer sometimes has problems running my game, try turning your setting down, see if that helps.

A weird problem i'm not sure has been mentioned, whenever i respond to an LCPDFR callout, my partner just stand there like a fool, doesn't get back in the car, nothing at all.

You need to give a more detailed descrition of your problem, what your saying is, textures disappear randomly? if that's what it is, you may need a new graphics card, post your PC Specs please.
