Sadly, non ELS vehicles cannot be "colour tweaked", but there is a slightly better "version" i'd recommend using link: as for ELS, you can edit the setting's in the ELS.ini file and ELS V5 is more stable then V6, and disable AI Police ELS.

I asked Policefanatic awhile back if he could do that particular setup, even offered to pay for his time, still wouldn't do it.

Well, i really can't model for sht and i really don't understand the tutorial on here, do you absolutely NEED 3DSMAX, or can i just model from scratch in Zmodeler? i was thinking of a small project that NO ONE has made yet, so i'm going to try my hand and from-scratch-modeling, any tips would be appreciated!
