The "Complete" Edition EFLC cost's extra money, like $25.00 i think, i use to play IV until i started having problems with it, although EFLC is really confusing to mod, the result is better then IV performance wise, more open buildings, better option's for TLaD if you want to go with Gang Unit's, club house raids, bar patrol's, better weapon's, extra vehicles, now that there is a breathalyzer script TBoGT is now WAY better.

Oh that makes us Canadian's look really bad.. lol.. wouldn't be surprised if that was somewhere near Winterpeg (Winnipeg) :P

LCPDFR has come A LONG WAY and is quite the accomplishment within the modding community and the downloads as well as view's most likely keep rollin' in as i type this, Congratulations Sam as well as the rest of G17.

My computer is overheating just looking at the picture lol would be nice to have, but i would imagine a Mobile Commander Center being CRAZY High Poly, if it is, i can't see many people being able to use it, MAYBE a "medium" PC could handle it, especially with high detail such as enterable interior, which would be fabulicious :biggrin:

I can't read that stuff, post your FULL Diagnostics from the G17 Diagnostics tool, also, "how do i fix this shit" won't get you anywhere.

get EFLC version of SparkIV, then it should work, or get the version that works with both, the one you have is only meant to open GTAIV imgs, but it will support both as long as GTAIV is installed.

How hard did you look?:

Wrong section man. Can you only choose modded cars or unmodded one?

Did you edit anything else besides this "bulb" you said you edited? you could have by accident, i would double check to be sure.

Do you have any other mods installed?

Sometimes you get an outdated mod that hasn't been updated in a long time, or it has bug's that haven't been worked out and left by the author, ELS will also crash your game so i recommend ELS V5 not ELS V6, V6 may be newer, but it has more bugs then V5, if you have an ass ton of car mods installed, i would only keep maybe 1 or 2 and the police vehicles you want, i only install civillian car model's if i'm not playing on duty, which is rare.

Simply because i was being nice by providing a link to the original model, not publicly because it's not mine to even give in the first place, i'm all for helping fellow modders out, but 1 request turning into let's say 50 other for the same model, kind of being over assumptious don't ya think?
