When in Zmodeler press "E", then a screen should come up, you import textures there.

Try typing "reload scripts" in your command console, also did you install the tazer during the installation? i don't know much about that big wall of text except for some obvious things.

Import the textures that come with the Light bar files BEFORE you import the model into Zmodeler.

To make it easier to do what c13 stated, erase some parts of the texture and expand parts that need to be expanded but open 2 of the same text, and 1 template of the vehicle of your choosing (to make sure the decals fit, then go back to the texture and click "undo" rinse and repeat, to get the results that you want.
