Looks good, I'm assuming you have a GPU and PSU already?

The 8350 isn't the greatest for gaming at this moment (though it's good in modelling and things like that AFAIK), though it's pricing is great and the motherboards are almost always much cheaper than Intel boards.
And while people are most likely going to say 8Gb is enough for most tasks, 16GB will last much longer and it's nice to know you've got the room for many things.

I'm a big fan of the 8350 for the price honestly.  I'm playing GTA IV with Cry3ENB and HD textures and still getting around 50's while recording.  GTA V runs fine on high - I haven't pushed for Ultra yet, I suspect I may have to over-clock a bit.

Just be advised... that watercooling is a must (I saw one on the list, make sure it stays if you think about cutting corners, thats not one to cut!).  If you have a GPU that can push that CPU the heat temps get high compared to what Intel / Nvidia often run at.  I'm always the baller on budget when it comes to builds... but I often run a lot of applications for coding and things of that nature, so take that into account with what the Ninja pointed out also.  AMD also does require more power (the GPU really, since its not listed) so make sure you've got enough juice and are not 'boarder' lining it with the upgrades.  I'm a big AMD guy - but I am by no means brand loyal.  I'll be the first to say Intel + Nvidia really do make better gaming hardware, that costs more.

Help my channel grow and I can explain to my wife why this addiction to coding is a good thing!

Yes I already have a GPU (GTX 650, will update in the future) and a PSU (600W).

What MOBO would you recommend then?

I plan on keeping the CPU cooler. It fits for the case, already checked.

Sorry, I meant to say that yours is fine, and that the pricing in general is better than Intel, so it's a good choice. Like Fin said, Intel/Nvidia cost more but give you better performance, while AMD is cheaper and offers closer performance, but not as expensive.
