    The .xml adapts the climate temperatures to centigrade, i.e. the plugin stops displaying degrees in farenheit.

    I am not Rohit, but I can tell you that the problem seems to be related to the ForestryCallouts menu (as it shows an error with ForestryCallouts2 and RAGENativeUI). I recommend you to create a forum topic or check in ULSS.
