You will have to figure out which belt that is yourself. In OpenIV, find the EUP dlcpack, navigate through the subfolders and open .ydd files containing „accs“ for accessories. I think belts are under that. Once you find the belt you want to edit, open the identically named file but with .ytd at the end. Extract the texture, change the taser colour, import it, hit save and start your game. You’ll have to do this twice for female and male belts if you want both to be changed.

Editing the texture would take like five minutes.

There's no LSPDFR crash in this log. Does your game just shut down?

Attach your latest RagePluginHook.log found in your main game directory. It is a text file and has no numbers in its filename.

You can find the texture file for your ped clothing or EUP uniform belt, extract it, edit it with Paint.NET, and import it again. I do believe that there is a yellow, green and even black version of the taser already included with EUP. Try using the numpad keys to switch between available textures inside EUPMenu. I don't know what button this is for a controller because I don't use one except for driving. On a keyboard, it's the E key, which you hold down while aiming at a suspect to make them go to the ground and cuff them.
