You were supposed to put it into Plugins\LSPDFR as per the install instructions.

Redownload the manual install archive of LSPDFR and place all files into your main directory.

Weird, that error is usually an indicator for a faulty mods folder. Did you ever install mods outside of the mods folder (by accident)?

Rename mods to _mods and retry.

I see what the issue is. MoreRadioChatter uses an outdated version of NAudio and MCCallouts the latest. Attach a new log after trying what I linked above if you are still crashing.

You'd have to install an ELS buffalo model. Maybe there is something like that on 5mods.

Perform a clean reinstall of LSPDFR via the manual installation archive. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.

You are missing NAudio which comes with XScanner MCCallouts and/or MoreRadioChatter I think.

StopThePed is a good alternative until Policing Refined is released hopefully soon.

Open the ELS.ini and set something like TRFFCCTRL to false.

Navigate to your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true. Nur den lspdfr Ordner (kleingeschrieben). Da passiert weder mit dem mods Ordner noch mit deinen Plugins etwas.

Dir fehlen Dateien aus dem lspdfr Ordner. Lade mal LSPDFR neu runter und zieh den lspdfr Ordner in dein GTA Verzeichnis. Dann lädst du das runter und ziehst die .dll in dein GTA Verzeichnis https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases/latest.
