Are you using UltimateBackup? You can configure backup spawn zones in the plugins' xml files. For ambient spawns you need to edit your agency.xml in lspdfr/data (/custom)/. You either do something wrong when updating LSPDFR or somewhere you have an old dll that rage loads instead of the one its supposed to.

Not entirely sure to be honest. Your RageNativeUI seems to be outdated so try to install that from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases. Drag the .dll into your main directory. Did you try to double tap E while on foot to stop a ped? Or press G while in a car.

Attach your latest RagePluginHook.log. It’s a text file found in your main directory.

Update JMCalloutsRemastered. Delete TrafficPolicer, Auto Pursuit Backup Disabler, ChillCallouts, CodeRedCallouts. Retry.
