Du müsstest die Patchdays die du brauchst erst aus dem nicht-mods Ordner Pfad in den mods Ordner kopieren.

Dann entferne mal dinput8 aus deinem GTA Verzeichnis.

Tu installler les vehicules avec OpenIV sur GTA. LSPDFR na rien a voir avec ca. Il n'y a pas un mod comme tu decrire, sorry

I recon there is a modification on 5mods that allows conversion of FiveM lua ressources to SP. About the idea of editing light stages of a non ELS converted to ELS car, I’m not sure if that’s possible at all. You may want to look at DLSv2. Together with livelights, you can edit the lighting patterns of non ELS cars.
