It's currently still in insider testing. An update was released two days ago for further testing.

Plugins that use memory editing will most likely not work out of the box and require an update from their developer. Given that Bejoijo hasn’t updated his plugins in a long time, you might be out of luck here. Luckily there is a replacement in the works by a few developers from the community.

A couple of things: You are on an outdated GTA V. Consider updating Your LSPDFR and RPH are therefore out of date; consider updating those as well. A string (a piece of text) was in the wrong format. You may have incorrectly edited an .ini / .xml file & these changes should be reverted. You mean those units that are ambiently spawning?

And this is not happening without that particular mod within LML?

It absolutely can be faulty vehicle files, but you shouldn't upload them here. If you can open them in OpenIV and they don't display an error message about being corrupt, they most likely aren't at fault. Did you set up those cars to spawn anywhere? Agency xml files for example? You mentioned that the crash is only in certain regions.

Remove all ScriptHookVDotNet files and retry.

Show me your main GTA V directory please. Have you added RPH as an exception to your antivirus software?
