Deine Plugins sehen aber soweit gut aus. Wenn das game crasht ist es auch höchstwahrscheinlich auf die mods Ordner zurückzuführen.

They shouldn't conflict. I use both without issues.

Those are probably extras and need to be enabled through a trainer or something similar.

Your regions file looks good. Can you attach a screenshot of the menu option you are calling for?

Can you attach your rage plugin hook log and your default regions file of UltimateBackup

Thats the Backup that arrives in the FBI2 car. Call for fire department in the code 3 tab instead.
