Installing PoliceSmartRadio is the wrong attempt. That plugin will crash your LSPDFR. Your issue occurs when preloading the "police" model. It seems to be invalid. Revert any changes which your made to that model or .meta entries.

Not sure on that but you can try to increase the lod distance in the ELS ini.

Press on File Actions -> Edit Details at the bottom of your file. Scroll down until you see the red box with Credits REQUIRED at the top.

LSPDFR/RPH, SHV and the Gameconfig have all been updated to work with the latest GTA patch. I suggest updating your game at this point.

In-game press ESC and go to the game tab. Under load game you have to load the new gamesave.

In my folder I have one save with the name of SGTA50000 and one SGTA50015. Perhaps try the same?

No but it looks like you didn't install it correctly. Otherwise it'd be working. Make sure to follow the instructions on the download page carefully. Link.

It sounds like you reached the part of the story where Trevor and Michael are banned from the city. Either install the 100% safe or continue the story until T and M are allowed back in the city.

You need to play a couple missions until you can free roam in los santos. You won’t be able to play LSPDFR before that. Alternatively, install a 100% game save.
