I'm using Rockstar Launcher as well and couldn't force blocking updates. It has never worked out for me on the Retail version. Best to hang tight and wait for RPH to update.

Downgraden lohnt sich in der Regel überhaupt nicht. Die Zeit bis RPH und/oder SHV updated kann man ganz gut überstehen. In der Regel sind es nur ein paar Tage. Die Probleme die mit dorngraden auftreten können, sind wesentlich nerviger als auf ein Update zu warten.

You seem to be missing RageNativeUI. Please grab the latest release of that from here. To install it, simply drag and drop the .dll into your GTA V main directory.

First of all, RNUI is not a Rage plugin. Delete that from your "Plugins" folder. Second, you didn't seem to update RNUI.

Go to ELS\Pack_Default and open the towtrucks ELS file. Under <SOUNDS>, set all AllowUse="true" values to "false".

When LSPDFR is loaded you can press J when the siren is on to disable it. Lights will stay on.

Did you hit Enter before trying to assing a key? Alternatively you can edit the keys.ini in the lowercase lspdfr folder.

Not really sure what to think of them. I like the idea but for New York it just doesn't feel right keeping their current livery in mind.
