I'm not too sure what is causing it to crash. Plugins aren't being loaded and GTAV runs fine by itself. Could you try a fresh install of RAGE?

So to confirm: The game doesn't load successfully with RAGE or normally This is with your mods folder disabled?

Could you send a new log? Does RAGE actually manage to hook or does it just close?

Go into the RAGE settings and set it to load no plugins on startup. Then when in-game load them manually through the RAGE console To load GTAV, load it normally until the siren loading screen and then ALT + TAB out to open RAGE

Hiya, You have Traffic Policer installed and a feature you have enabled (Owners Wanted Callout) requires LSPDFR+ I strongly advise you remove it as it is out of date and can cause frequent crashes. Also Vocal Dispatch is rather old now and I'd recommend this far better alternative:

Hi there, Can you try playing GTAV without RAGE and see if it still crashes

You've got an error with your game files. Verify your game files and with the mods folder renamed to _mods see if it still crashes

You have a keen eye! You will need to update RAGE but the crash is still being caused by Arrest Manager so your may need to try to remove it if the issue persists
