Make the GTAV folder an exception to your antivirus + Windows Defender and see if that helps

In-game -->Go to the pause menu --> LSPDFR Tab Try configuring your keybinds again and see if that makes a difference as according to your log LSPDFR is being loaded correctly

Since you don't even have a mods folder it can't be coming from there. Nothing in your log as it is not caused by plugins. Try verifying your game files though

Np! Since the crash is coming from your game could you try lowering your graphics settings and see if it makes a difference?

Do you know if you have dedicated graphics? (Like a graphics card that isn't intel)

No LSPDFR crash. What are your system specifications?

All plugins in bold are out of date. I'm not too sure if they are related to this exact issue but I advise you remove them
