    First off, Thank you for all the help. I did figure out what i did wrong. When using the rock star game launcher all you need to install is lspdfr and scripthook v. DO NOT install rage plug in hook, just lspdfr and scripthook v. Lspdfr has rage plugin with it. If you install rage pluginhook also with this you will run into the same proble as I did.
