You can start fresh or you can delete all the gun sound files from your mods folder - if that was the only thing the OIV file changed

Sadly you cannot share any plugins, vehicles etc.. if they are not yours. In relation to your plugins error - send me your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory

If that is the case you have an issue with your mods folder. To confirm rename it to _mods and see if the issue persists

Like I said your issue is not something that has a simple answer too. In some cases it merely disappears after a few days Try the following: 1. Restart of the PC. 2. A complete sfc /scannow 3. Antivirus exceptions 4. Reinstallation of the .NET packages for Windows. 5. Cleaning the GTA V folder to make it vanilla and starting over. Unfortunately, I cannot help you further than this.
