Not too sure but if you check your GTAV folder you will either see or not see RAGE etc... Sorry!

As I have a few to add I'll put all the out of date plugins in bold below. In addition to this, increase your plugin timeout threshold to 60,000 - this can be done in the RAGE settings

As a user of ELS I can say this doesn't exist. If you need support for ELS I'd make a thread 🙂

It would definetly not be preferred. You'll almost certainly want more VRAM. Though it is not impossible.... But if you are getting a system in the hope of LSPDFR it would be much safer to get more VRAM.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the issue persists

Adding on I noticed you had Traffic Policer and PoliceSmartRadio. I would advise you uninstall them as they are out of date. This means they could cause crashes and create system instability.

Again no LSPDFR crash. Remove all your callouts and so you just have base LSPDFR. If it still crashes then it most likely is just your system struggling.
