I can't tell you how. You have edited something that has affected the "police" model such as changing a META file or installed a new vehicle. You need to revert that change And the reason I strongly advise you remove those plugins is because they are out of date which means they can cause frequent crashes.

This means you have installed LSPDFR incorrectly. Get the manual install --> Open the contents --> Drag and drop it into your main directory Then try again 🙂

No. Replace vehicles should be installed here: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
