Unfortunately still getting the same error, other than reinstalling lspdfr would you have any other suggestions?

Hey guys, I need some help. LSPDFR loads and runs fine, when i type "Force Duty" I get the message "Unhandled exception has occurred in console command - force duty" I can still do on duty, pull vehicles over, accept callouts (just the base lspdfr ones, others crashed with the above error) and use my trainer. It seems a good number of plugins crashed with this error (STP, Ultimate Backup etc.) I have gone through all my plugins and reinstalled them, as well as any other mods I have. My game worked fine, I installed a simple vehicle pack (which i can still spawn)and now I don't know what else to do. Ill upload my RPH log here as well. thank you!
