Load GTAV normally until the siren loading screen. Then ALT + TAB out and open RAGE and let it hook. Hope this helps 🙂

Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 --> This can be done in the RAGE settings

Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the issue persists

I believe your system is struggling to load LSPDFR + GTAV and with 2GB of VRAM this is likely. Lower your graphic significantly and see if this helps

Go into the RAGE settings and set it to load no plugins on startup. Then in-game load them manually through RAGE. Make sure to wait for the siren loading screen then ALT + TAB out to open RAGE
