This crash is caused by Section136Callouts. I am aware this may be a bug. Can I use your log to report it?

If the game crashes with mods you have an issue in there. You can either revert your previous changes but if that doesn't work you'll have to make a new mods folder 🙂

You have something in your directory which is causing issues. I suggest reverting it back to a completly vanilla directory

Make the GTAV folder an exception to your antivirus + Windows Defender
