That may not solve your issue. I suggest you reinstall the .NET packages then retry but a fresh install is worth a shot.

I do - though like I said there is no guarentee they will work. Make the GTAV folder an exception to your antivirus + Defender Then delete slimdx.dll from your main directory, restart your computer and reinstall RAGE.

You have the SlimDX error. To give you a heads up, it is one of the hardest to solve as there isn't a defined solution. First can you check for any Windows Updates - if you have any, do them.

Plugins are most likely unrelated to this have they haven't even started to load. Do you have a mods folder?

You have ENB installed. Do this: 1. Load GTAV fully without RAGE until you are in game. 2. ALT + TAB out and launch RAGE 2. Let it hook then you are good to go.

Please attach a screenshot of that error.

It could be exactly that. Attach your ELS log and I can find out which is causing it.
