Ah. Well yes, but just because it may cause issues doesn't mean you should just delete it. I have had it since the beginning and never had issues. The log suggests the issue is with the mods folder.

Looking at the error the user needed to update RAGE.

SHV.NET doesn't cause issues with LSPDFR to my knowledge. Please rename your mods folder to _mods and retry for me.

You have an error with one of EUP's config files. Revert your previous changes or get fresh copies.

There isn't really a generic one for all plugins guide. But almost all files come with a readme. If you'd like to install one to try, I could guide you through it? 🙂

If that is the case, make an exception of the GTAV directory. That way the rest of your PC isn't unprotected

If you didn't back anything up you have nothing to revert to. Which XML file did you edit?
